We had the opportunity to try Vabbè Pizza at Sistrunk Marketplace on opening day. We loved it so much, we ordered one to go! The pizza is thin and crispy on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside, with the perfect amount of cheesy and stringy goodness! Every bite had thick chunks of short rib with pesto and olive oil drizzle. This pizza looks just like advertised. And the best part, no tummy ache! Just fresh, cheesy goodness! We will be coming here again. 10/10!

I tried Vabbè Pizza’s short-rib pizza, and it’s like my taste buds have been awakened! Tender short-rib meat melts in your mouth, perfectly complemented by a blend of cheeses and a drizzle of Pecorino cream sauce! The crust is crispy on the edges, yet soft and chewy inside, so different! Vabbè has redefined pizza for me, and this short-rib creation is a game-changer. Bravo!
