Fantastic experience. Fun atmosphere, wonderful service, and excellent food. Queso and salsa are great. The Fajitas were very generous with lots of chicken & pork. I loved the chilis toreados (whole fried jalapeños). Would definitely go back next time I drive through Galesburg.

Valentina’s is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Their food is always so fresh and flavorful. My husband and I frequently get takeout from them. Many restaurants fall short with takeout. Not Valentina’s! It’s always fresh and hot when we get home. Try Valentina’s! You won’t be disappointed with anything on their menu!

I am a stickler for authentic Mexican and this place is one of my favorites. The beans and rice are amazing and perfectly seasoned. The queso and chips are so good! I am so glad my husband’s coworker showed him this hidden gem, they eat there on the regular. Just wish it was closer! They should have five stars, honestly convinced anyone who wasn’t pleased probably only eat flour tortillas.

Stoped in with my wife to give this place a try. My food was cold a burrito and beans and rice. Wife had Fajitas chicken the fajitas were hot but the refried beans and rice we both cold. Was told I can put your food in the microwave. Will not be back. Definitely not a diamond in the ruff
