Cheese cheese cheese! Man, this place has some really good pizza, lasagna, and even breadsticks. They make a tasty sauce with their pizza and they don’t short you. It was a very good dinner. I spent 50 dollars for pizza, lasagna, and breadsticks. If I am in this area I would definitely return for their food.

We have ordered from this location several times and I’m afraid almost each time there has been some type of mistake, unfortunately. Typically not one to dismiss a restaurant over one or two, or in my case, several instances of bad customer service or mistakes. However, the final straw was being placed on hold this evening, immediately after pickup, to only wait 7+ minutes on hold. I eventually hung up and did not return the call. Instead pivoting and ordering ordering from the Springfield location. (Much much better)

Order three large things of of potatoes wedges and received this and got charged for $18 for this what a rip off!!! Valentino’s had went down hill!!! Plus don’t put people on hold for over an hour and don’t answer! This restaurant needs to close for Good

I placed an online order this evening Friday Sept 3rd. I was quoted 25 minutes. I arrived at about 25 minutes and the pizza ovens were empty. The gal at the counter checked the hot box and said not done yet should be done soon. Another 25 minutes later I asked what was up as I had seen many delivery pizzas start rolling out. I was told a catering order was being completed and sorry it would be soon. I said that doesn’t do me much good you should have put them in your system so your times would be accurate. They told me that they agreed the catering should have been prepared earlier. Then approximately 10 minutes later my order was done. I went up to the counter and was told sorry for the delay here’s your food. So this is the third time I have had to wait at least 25 minutes longer than your estimate. No offer for discount or a free dessert, a cookie not even a stinking drink while I waited. Pizza was fine salad was brown customer service is consistently the worst for any local pizza joint.

50$ for spaghetti and chicken alfredo….and a $10 pizza for a 2 year old because they have no kids meals. Kinda hard to deal with a meatball with flimsy plasticware from Dollar Tree. Offer Real flatware for dine in customers. Won’t be back.

The last 4 times we have ordered from this location our pizza has been severely over cooked and dry. When ordering for delivery our pizza has taken about an hour and a half to arrive after being told 45 minutes. I don’t like to complain, but the quality at this location has rapidly declined. We won’t be ordering from there in the future.
