Burnt, soggy, cold and greasy. Called to let them know. Wasn’t offered a replacement pizza or a refund. The manager blamed Slice delivery service and I was eventually hung up on. TERRIBLE.

The Manager accused me of committing fraud because I told her I was sending my son that had the same exact name as me with my cc for a couple of pizzas.Yet you can by merchandise just about anywhere and pay with your card over the phone with no issues anyway I got hung up on.Then I sent my son to Carl’s Jr ,McDonald’s for desert,guess we committed fraud twice lol.

Ordered a pizza got home it wasn’t what I Ordered!!!!! Called them immediately so they could make it right? And was told the girl who took the order said it was what I ordered basically in so many words calling me a liar and refused to make it right maybe if they had adults working there instead of kids who don’t know how to treat loyal customers they would get better reviews and the funny part is she had the nerve to tell me they have the right to refuse customers little does she know they just lost a loyal customer. Don’t waste your money there plenty of better pizza places to choose from. That know how to treat a customer.
