Ordered Jumbo specialty Bacon Cheeseburger at 540pm I was told it would be delivered by 620pm. Well around 630pm I called back to see why it wasn’t here yet I was told it was on the way by 645pm. After finally delivering the pizza it was cold and nothing special about it the worst pizza we ever had. I called to inform them how the pizza taste I was told nothing they could do but wait 4 to 6 weeks because the complaints have to go threw corporate last time we ever will order pizza or anything from Valentino’s pizza the worst pizza worst customer service they lost our business completely so they can tell corporate that.

Placed my online order at 1:26pm and received a call about 10 minutes later to be informed that my order wouldn’t be delivered until 4pm. Said that they never have orders put in for delivery at this time, so basically no one ever wants food at lunch time?

Was going for buffet but found it’s only carryout and delivery now. Google still has the restaurant listed as open. We did order to-go. The guy who helped us was great, and the food was delicious. Just miss the buffet.

Valentino’s was totally awesome. I walk with a cane and it makes it’s hard to get around some time, but I manage. Today when I went with him to pick up my order so woman notice to my difficulty and she immediately got someone to help me out the car with my orders. Thank you John. It made a difference

I went in at 2:30 in the afternoon for a single slice of pizza. No single slices available at that time. I had to order one. It was small, but about ten dollars. The sauce surprised me, being overly sweet and not much sausage on my sausage pizza.
