Went in to have lunch after shopping earlier and left before getting served. We were seated right away and shortly after that a woman dropped off chips and salsa without saying a word. We kept waiting for the server to come take our drink orders and no one came. We watched three people standing up wrapping silverware and two people cleaning tables around us. We finally got up and left after 10 minutes.

Placed a to go order for pickup and 1 order to go while in restaurant. Worker brought food out, said order completed. Once back at work the last order was not there. Had to call multiple times before someone answered phone. When he did I explained 1 order was missing, he replied “we’re closed come back tomorrow, thank you and hung up. So I paid for my dinner and am working a 12 hour shift without it.

Love Vallarta! I cannot eat anything hot, and they are able to make non-spicy food that is so flavorful! My husband absolutely loves their hot sauce, so he is happy as well. Always packed with locals when we go, and everyone is friendly and just nice- can’t say enough about them! Still loving this place, and now grandson Max is a huge Vallarta chips and salsa fan! Was scared to eat the salsa, but when he saw that Grammi can eat it, he was all in and now it’s his favorite as well!

The food here is good. Waiters were very polite and kept our drinks full. Quiet calm atmosphere during the time we visited.. tvs to watch sports while you eat. Also the place was very clean and well maintained… I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner as they have reasonably priced meals for both with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Also they have a bar for those who are tryn to have a drink and unwind from a long day…
