This is the second time we’ve been there and the customer service is horrible. Today I was there with the whole family and the server seemed like he was forced to be there. He was not only rude but he also burned my neck with a very hot plate, when I said ouch! He looked away like he didn’t see what happened, my wife said you burned his neck with the plate, and he walks away. We are never going back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Oh, so you were actually the owner. That’s why this place is empty. You need to learn how to be an entrepreneur buddy. For your information, the first time I was there you weren’t there. Who served us was a 15 year old super nice boy. He could not serve us beers because of his age, but he was extremely nice. And we not only left 20% for him on the card but I gave him an extra $20 for his service. You are a liar and you did not asked me how I was l, and not even said sorry. Every restaurant serves hot dishes buddy you as a server has to pay attention how you are serving, not to burn peoples neck! And yes, we are NEVER COMING BACK.

Food was average at best and margaritas were just a mix served in a regular glass. The main issue was the service. Our waiter was extraordinarily rude and short with all of us. When we asked for more chips and salsa, they said first basket is free and that’s it. The waiter ran over, grabbed a menu and shoved it in our face saying see it says it on the front and if you want more it’s two dollars per basket.

Food was amazing! They did really well in accommodating our party of 7! Food was great! The burgers in the kids menu came with really good fries not burnt or bland! The Aguas de horchata and Jamaica were divine not to sweet lime other places! My favorite was that they have corn tortillas that are not store bought and they smell delicious! Everything was great waitress was nice and attentive!

Ok, I was shocked. Wanted Mexican but didn’t want to drive all the way into Boone. Decided to give Valle De Bravo a try. First the margarita was great and needed. The menu is fairly standard with the exception of some soups and a couple steak and seafood dishes that I will have to try later. Went standard this time and got a chicken and shrimp burrito. It was really good. Daughter got shrimp tacos which were great and full is large shrimp. Several tables around us got fajitas and they smelled so good. Was not crowded when we got there but was by the time we left every table was full. For someone between Boone and Banner Elk this place should be a go to.

Great chips and salsa but it stops there. Very sick after eating there last night. Seats are old and ripped up. Loud music coming from the kitchen. Wine was sour like vinegar. Food… it literally has made me sick to my stomach this morning.

Nothing here tasted like I thought it would but that wasn’t a bad thing it was just a very unusual occurrence. By far the steak fajitas was the best thing here but everything else was fairly average except the waiter who was wonderful!
