I’ve ordered from multiple restaurants on site and had great experiences. Mile high Thai is absolutely fabulous. There egg rolls are so delicious along with the fried rice. Dr. Burrito is delicious as well the spicy chorizo Burrito is very good. Add the Pico de Gallo and salsa..fire! Holy mollie Mac and cheese has a breakfast croissant…yumm!! The App Store has an amazing chicken sandwich that is so good. Tender and juicy and the homemade ranch is delicious on top of it. Totally recommend!

I have tried this place several times in hopes of getting something better. It’s expensive and the food has always been poor. The orders have been screwed up with the direction that was given for the items. Then trying to get a refund does not work and there is no support number with the business. It is very convenient to my office so today is the last chance I gave it. I placed an order and paid with it saying 20 minutes to pickup. I just got a text now saying it will be ready in 2 hours. This review is based on several bad experiences and want to warn people so they don’t spend good money on a poor business.

Mr Burrito is definitely tasty but I was expecting a normal sized burrito. This thing was tiny, smaller than any breakfast burrito ive ever seen. Literally 2 bites. Definitely overpaid even with the bogo. Taste is great, portions are lacking so badly.

Ordered tonight at 8:45 from 360 Bowls, got a notification the food would be ready in 11 minutes. Well we drove over at 9:20, plenty of time to be ready, I checked in and got a notification that said my order was “delayed”. After 15 minutes I asked the front desk about my order because it had been well over a reasonable amount of time. She proceeds to tell me that that order had been canceled because they didn’t have the ingredients for my order. NO notification or effort to contact me after 45 minutes!?? I’m in the restaurant industry, and that’s so unacceptable. The only option for me was to order from another of their places seeing as it’s pushing 10pm on a Sunday. In true fashion, the second order was quite a bit more money than the original food I wanted. I asked if I could have a discount code for my troubles, and she said they don’t have the authority to give any out! ALSO VERY RIDICULOUS. Give the front desk power to TAKE CARE OF GUESTS when things go wrong! Probably wouldn’t trust to be taken care of at this place again.

Ordered at the Dim & Bao restaurant here and it was absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 bao buns and not even sure what I got. It was a ball of dough with cold, uncooked meat inside. Maybe some of the other restaurants are good but Dim and Bao was awful. Would not recommend. This multi-restaurant set up has too much going on in my opinion.

Good evening, I try to give this place a try over and over as a food courier driver…and I am consistently disappointed. I believe the front desk attendant was doing her due diligence in trying to get orders out in a timely manner but she wasn’t able to keep up…with her being the only one taking care of the front desk and having to retrieve orders. Perhaps during the day it works with just one person manning the front but the weekends it’s my belief there should be more help…this includes Friday night. I will continue to come here as I get good orders/tips from this location…but it’s very hit or miss for me…and more miss since I started picking up from this location. Please do better…and not just for me but other drivers too
