Stopped in to check it out for a burger, and got a pleasant surprise. Had more than burgers, hotdogs and fries! The owners, employees are so nice and greet every customer with a smile and are very friendly. Had great service and food. Actually went back following week, and will definitely be going again. Gotta check it out ,Also their prices are really reasonable!! Which is excellent when you’re looking for take out . Cheaper than the chain burger joints!! Happy customers!!

Awesome hidden gem in the valley. Food is great, fresh and prepared to order. The price is amazing. A hot dog with the works, grilled cheese, fries and a one liter Foxon park Orange soda cost me $12.00. You can’t beat that price and this stuff is fresh!! Highly recommended

This place has the best food for a very reasonable price. Keep in mind they are a cash only place. They do have an ATM available in the store. Sam is the absolute best and they’re always so friendly there and I’ve never had a wrong order. You can see it and taste how much pride he puts into this restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor dining available. I am so happy we tried this little hole in the wall and we go back multiple times weekly.

Valley Burger Shack was one of those places that you drive past all the time and wonder if it’s good, but you seem to never have a good opportunity to stop. Well, we finally had a chance to go and we’re so happy that we checked it out! The burger was fresh, and the popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks were great as well. Their menu has a great variety of all your favorite comfort foods. We thought their prices were very reasonable too. The owner was working behind the counter, and he was so friendly and made an effort to provide us with quick service. They get bonus points from me because they serve Hummel hot dogs, which are my personal favorite!

Ordered take out for dinner. While there left behind something valuable, when I called he was very nice and said he was holding it for me. Thank goodness there are honest people in the world. My burger and onion rings sat completed behind the counter for at least 10 minutes before it was given to me. Yes, the onion rings were crispy, but cold. The burger was fair but after sitting the bun was soggy and was a mess to eat. The fact they they feel compelled to write paragraphs of pushbacks to poor reviews represents a non-willingness to try and improve. I don’t care. If you don’t apologize… I will rise like air.

We went to get hot dogs for dinner, the staff wasn’t friendly, the phone was ringing so loudly in the dining/waiting area. Also our hot dogs that got sauerkraut, which was all of them, were almost inedible because the buns were so soggy wet. I peeled the wet side of the bun off, and made it work. The hot dog itself was tasty.
