This establishment is great. FitKitchen Meal Prep provides great nutritious meals for a convenient price all to help those with fitness goals or even those who want a better diet lifestyle. These meals are great for anyone and everybody, no matter their age or lifestyle. I particularly love the chocolate chip waffles. Shoot, I love all the breakfast items. They come in handy when I’m in a pinch for something quick. Much love and support for this business. Y’all should give it a try.

The owner is very unprofessional. His girlfriend, the manager uses the same low quality work ethics.. I called with an issue to my incorrect order, related to allergies, and management refused to work with me in any way to fix THEIR own error. After posting a Yelp review, I began receiving threats from “random” people on all my social media accounts. Unfortunately, we don’t have many options in the area for food prep so people use this company as a last resort.
