First I want to give a huge shout out to John and Valley Prep, they are amazing and they’re helping me achieve my fitness goals much faster. I’m a very busy man and taking time out of my day to grocery shop for healthy meals and then cook and prep the meals are much too time consuming, that is why I enjoy Valley Prep they not only give you options on what type of food you would like to eat but they prepare it fresh for you to either pick up or get delivered. We’ve been getting meals from Valley Prep for a couple of months now and can’t complain one bit! The food is delicious and provides their macros (cals, fat, protein and carbs), which is huge when you’re tracking on a daily basis! The owners are very nice and the ordering process is super easy! All in all, we’re very happy we found these guys!

Valley Prep is literally the perfect food service to assist with a working/ busy lifestyle. They have a different menu each week so the meals don’t get boring or repetitive.
