Drove 7 miles out of our way. Sign indicated they were open, cars were in the lot. We walked in and the sign in the restaurant said today’s special was the tuna melt. Waitress said they were closed for a private function. There were 3 other people seated in the restaurant. She did not apologize or offer any alternatives. Classy.

At our lunch today we were completely mesmerized by the quiet location and beautiful ambience. Abby’s service was excellent. Chef Amber’s food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich which was superb, topped off by her gourmet freshly made honey mustard. Our friend had the tuna melt, the special of the day, and she claims it’s the best she’s ever had. The hearty chicken noodle soup was also beyond the best we’ve ever had. We had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Jordy, who was a thoroughly enjoyable gentleman. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I don’t golf but I eat and this a great place for a BLT on the patio on a summer evening when it stays light long and it’s too nice to stay inside. Pretty view good food and fair price make this something to tee up when you’re looking for a change during the summer. Open to the public.
