This is the best fried rice I’ve had since I moved from St. Louis. As you can see it’s actually fried. I didn’t even have to add any sauce. The flavor was excellent (almost better than from back home). This is the first thing I’ve tried but I will be back to try more things off the menu.

Came in to what I think may have been their dinner rush. They were still pretty quick to get our food out. My favorite dish was the shrimp fried rice. It was hot and tasted fresh and had some great umami flavors. The hot n sour soup was a little on the thicker side and was a little cold when it came out. It was very hot nor sour. The orange chicken was good in the sauce however some of the chicken was a little on the drier side. The charbroiled chicken was also a little dry. Overall I enjoyed the foods flavor. Would like to try it out when they are less busy.

Decent food for the price/portion and fast service. We ordered through Door Dash and it was delivered within half an hour. Quality had mixed reviews with my family. I enjoyed my combination fried rice (other reviews online said the rice was dry – however mine was actually more on the greasy side) but my fiance did not care for the flavor. We also ordered the orange chicken (I read reviews online stated chicken was dry, but we ordered at lunchtime so maybe it was more fresh since it hasn’t sat in a warmer all day) and chicken chow mein. Our oldest did not care for either items but I tried them and they were decent. Chicken could have been cut into smaller pieces, but overall for the price and portion size, I was content.

Drove from East Dallas for Chan’s Beef Bell Pepper Steak and the quality of the beef was aweful! I could hardly chew it. Very disappointed as it was almost $18 and container wasn’t even full. Too bad they closed Garland AND N.Mesquite’s locations.

The absolute worst food I’ve ever been served. A greasy plate of sugary mess with some white rice. Literally a soup there was so much sauce on the green bean chicken meal.. Food was inedible…only could eat the rice. My wife’s meal wasn’t much better.

I am very disappointed in my Chicken Lo Mein tonight. Ive been going to Chans for 15+ yrs. I usually get the Chicken Lo Mein as it is my absolute favorite, however my dish tonight barely had any chicken in it and the pieces i did find were about nickle size or less!!! The flavor was still good, but i paid for chicken not all noodles!! And noodles is pretty much all i got. Plus i know prices in everything has gone up, but this portion was cut completely cut in half!!! I know theres inflation in everything, but a higher price and half the amount and barely any chicken is ridiculous!!
