horrible customer service to the girl in the kitchen she made me yell my order because she was too lazy to walk to the register and take it correctly rude. This place is also not the cleanest unsanitary chopsticks are just sitting out unwrapped along with silverware it was just an awful experience and way overpriced.

If you order take-out from their outdated website the prices are lower and the website doesn’t tell you it will be at least $9 more until you ring up at the restaurant. The staff were very patronizing. We got our beef pho home and the meat was raw. The noodles were bloody. When I called, the manager condescendingly said, “Haven’t you been here before? Don’t you know you have to cook it? If we cook it the meat would be too tough. I don’t know what kind of discount you’re looking for.” Um, this information should be clearly stated for take-out customers. I thought I was paying for cooked food. This place was awful: the flavor is bad, the appearance unappetizing, prices unfair, and the staff were RUDE.

The noodles were literally bloody because the beef was raw. The manager was extremely rude. Expected me to know that I’d have to cook my own take-out food. What in the name of heaven is the point of take-out food if you have to cook it yourself?! Also their price was significantly higher than their outdated menu. You will be sorry if you eat there. Run from this place. You’ve been warned. **In response to your defensive comment: traditional takeout means your food is already cooked, or you forewarn the patron their food will be bloody, uncooked, and full price anyway. Maybe you’re not familiar with that tradition. Your customer service is appalling.

Bubble tea was made with powder, which is normally okay but they used way too much so it was crazy sweet and still had a bunch of powder at the bottom. It seems to be a common topic in reviews but I thought I’d give it a shot.

The food was a bit of a swing and a miss. Prices were bloated for the amount you got, not just counting for inflation as well, flies everywhere, and smelled very mildewy. Service was good considering they were understaffed.

Place has really went downhill. Food isn’t good at all. Chicken tasted frozen and old. The pho wasn’t as good as it use to be and portions are much smaller and prices are higher as well. The spring rolls were floppy and not made well. The worst part is we waited an hour for bad food when the place was dead with no customers.

We’ve been here 10+ times and the food quality and service is great every time! The pho is amazing, we usually get shrimp and veggie/tofu and we always get an order or 2 of the crispy vietnamese rolls. Consistant great quality all the time. Tried the drunken noodles and the banh mi once and both were very good but we always go back to the pho. They also have bubble tea which I believe is made from the powder but it tastes great. I definitely recommend the mango. We’ve gotten other flavors and they were good too but I don’t remember which ones. We always do take out but they do have tables for dining in and they always have open tables.

Bad service the girl had an attitude and the lady just threw our menus on the table. I ordered the shrimp rolls and came with a peanut sauce and I’m allergic to peanuts she didn’t even ask if we have any allergies. There utensils we out on the table the spoons were dirty.
