I normally don’t write reviews but THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! I am Mexican and it’s been really hard finding a decent Mexican spot in Madison and let me tell you this was great. You basically customize your food which is nice. I got the huarache de Asada with beans, lettuce, sour cream and cheese which is how I order when I go to Mexico City. My bf got a quesadilla de birria and carnitas with JUST cilantro, onion and guac which was chefs kiss!! You get so much meat!!! Loved this place!!

Delicious food, huge portions, family owned and friendly service. We ordered the chicken milanese torta and al pastor hurrache, sooo yummy. The horchata was also tasty and refreshing. Can’t wait to go back!

Saw this place while driving one day and decided to look it up online and visit it a couple days later. It is so so good. I got a Gordita with carnitas and I almost wanted to get another one to go once I finished it. We also got some Asada tacos which were great too. Already planning when I’m going to go back. Highly recommend.

Meat and veggies tasted fresh, their gorditas could be a bit thicker no pun intended (dough crumbled up) and prices were missadvertised on the web but overall a happy customer. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

The set up is like chipotle but the food is so much better! I recommend taking time to look at the whole menu. Working my way through their menu and I’ve yet to be disappointed. The portions for the entrees are large. The agua fresca is good.

This place just recently opened, and the environment was very welcoming! As soon as we walked in, the workers were smiling and very happy to serve everyone. We could tell the staff taking our order spoke very little English, but he offered a lot of help when giving us recommendations on what to try.

Absolutely wonderful place, has been open since the spring of 2023 and if it was any closer to my work I’d eat here every day. If you want counter style Mexican, there is no better value in Madison than right here. It’s simply leaps and bounds better than anywhere else you can go. It’s always fresh, and if you don’t know what to get just ask the staff. They know what’s good for you.
