We used to be regulars here. We’d come twice a week, at least. There has been large turnover since then and everything had just gone downhill. Our most recent visit here was on a Saturday at 2pm. It was us and only about 3 other parties in the entire place. We ordered and waited 15 minutes for 4 tacos. One of our orders was completely wrong, so we waited another 15 minutes for it to be remade. Both times the food came out, it was cold. And the fish on their fish tacos was extremely small. No one apologized for our order being wrong, or for the whole family being done before the remade food came out. Our experience has been like this the last several times we’ve come in. We used to love this place, but unfortunately, we won’t be back. The only reason they got two stars is for their margaritas, but even those have become extremely inconsistent.

Look, imma be real. I had 2 weeks in Loveland and hit this place the second night upon arrival. Didn’t have many expectations, but holy frijoles did this place surprise me. I’ve been back several times since arriving and while I have thoroughly enjoyed my basic b*tch frozen margaritas, the food was incredible. The carne asada quesadillas were a fan favorite, but I’ll say I had a hard time picking my fav taco. Tried the birria, barbacoa, carne asada, fish, and coconut shrimp – and I can’t even narrow it to my favorite. Perfect size, perfect flavor, perfect happy belly. Good job, Vatos! You made our taco tour of CO a memorable one.

2/5. Their Tacos leave a lot to be desired… the abundance of sauces on the tacos disguises the lack of flavoring/marinade on the meats. Tried a variety of tacos ($75 worth) and we were pretty disappointed with what we got. The Beans were old & sort of “crusted over” Rice was no more than 3 scoops worth. Much much better tacos out there.

Long wait for flavorful food. Overbusy staff. Register worker couldn’t explain what enchilada sauce was on them.

I frequent this location, and I’m never disappointed. The tacos are always great. Their classic margarita is my favorite. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends and they’re all regulars now.

This place is super Delicious! I didn’t know it was in downtown loveland. We went there for our first time and the girl at the register was extremely nice and helpful. She explained how the menu works and the deals they have. We ordered tacos and Nachos with drinks. This place is so good. We will definitely be coming back!

I had the smothered carne asada burrito along with avocado and sour cream. It was very delicious and big. I was full halfway through the burrito but because it was so tasty I was unable to stop eating it.They serve alcohol at this spot. I just didn’t have the chance to try any. I will definitely have to try their varieties of tequila. I definitely recommend this spot. Quite authentic Mexican food in a very trendy and hip location. I will definitely have to comeback to this location and try not only their breakfast burrito but their street tacos as well.

Fantastic food and service. Would highly recommend anyone to visit Vatos. Whether you are looking to take the family out, date night, or just wanting some delicious food try this place next time you go out… you will not be disappointed. Blake who is the regional manager is incredible and will make sure you are taken care of. Oh yeah and make sure to try a marg or a tequila flight

Great/fun location for patio dining. Staff is friendly and provides great service. Street tacos are very small for the price (so not a good value) but all the ones we have tried have been very tasty with fresh ingredients. The burritos are large and a better value. Quesadilla was large but mostly cheese. Enchiladas were great. Small draft beer selection.

Food is usually good, but burritos are inconsistent, no sourcream or guacamole with any of the three mas chingon burritos. Size, quantities of ingredients is always a mystery so sometimes it’s a 2 star sometime I’d say it’s a 5 star but I’ve only experience the food being 5 star once.
