We stopped here for something other than our usual. First, if you blink you will miss the place. It’s that small. Second, you better like spicy food if you’re going to eat here. Both my wife and son ordered dishes that have never been spicy at any other Indian restaurant but for some reason the waiter only asked me how hot I wanted my dish. My wife’s and son’s food was so spicy that they could not eat it. However, the heat of the food made up for the heat that was lacking in the restaurant. It was 30 outside and about 50 inside. Thankfully we were sitting near the thermostat.

I have gotten take out three times. Once was very good, twice the food was mediocre. I asked for extra rice because they give half the rice you need for their entrees, and they routinely forgot. The chicken often resembled a science lesson in mummification, and sometimes the lamb tastes a bit like goat. The people are very nice, however.

Went here with some of my friends as we were on our way back home from the Poconos. For a small restaurant, they serve very delicious Indian food with some items that you will not regularly see in other restaurants. Also, the Chicken Vindaloo will provide you with a very nice surprise! Very friendly staff and service. Keep in mind that this is not a very big, fancy Indian restaurant (but is nicely done and welcoming on the inside), but the food will keep you coming back for sure.

I went here tonight with my girlfriend. We were the only people in the restaurant. Once we stepped in, we were greeted by a friendly man. He was the only person waiting and taking payments. We sat down and very quickly discovered that the restaurant was not going to get any warmer. It was around 25 degrees outside, and it didn’t feel much warmer in the restaurant. We shivered the entire time we were there. They served bottled water instead of tap water, which was nice. When we received our food, it was served on disposable dishes and plates, and the amount of food for the price I paid was not good. It was decent food, but the atmosphere was severely lacking.

The food and service were really bad. We have ordered Aloo Tikki and it was stale and gone sour. And when told the same the owner was arrogant enough to tell that is the best selling dish on the menu from morning.

Terrible experience.Waste of a evening while on vacation. The BHEL-PURI looked nothing like in the picture they have online and lacked basic typical ingredients like PURI tomato & shev. The chicken in the butter chicken was undercooked. The rice was stale. The chapattis felt store bought, definitely not freshly made. The kadi-pacora was ok and the saving grace. STAY AWAY!!!

I should have listened to the reviews. I went here too. Food was lacking the bold and rich authentic indian flavors that you were to expect. It left much to be desired. A bit too much on the oily side. Presentation is non existant. You’re served on disposables. However, the staff is super friendly.

Ramit gave us excellent customer service and Lakwinder “Balwan” Singh the chef made awesome food. We ordered fish pakora, manchurian gobi, chicken tikka dry, chili/garlic naan and onion kulcha with chicken tikka masala, methi malai mutter and paneer makhani. Best food I’ve ever had

Do not come to this place. Too expensive for the quantity given. Gobi Manchurian is $8 but only 5 small pieces are given. Aloo tiki chat tastes like it was a frozen item that was just given out. Rice was rotten. Go to tandoori restaurant which is only a mile away.
