Very tasty southern vegan food. The bbq was fabulous. Mac ‘cheese was good down home cookin’ (though don’t expect gooey cheesy- it is a totally different, tasty experience). Burger was great and roasted Brussels sprouts were good though a bit salty. Fries were fantastic. I’d back off the salt just a smidge on the seasonings to make it a perfect 5! The place is a stand in a food hall with a bar in the center, so it was nice to grab a beer to go with dinner.

First time having vegan food, and soul food vegan food at that. I was pleasantly surprised that all the items on my plate maintained the integrity of the soul food flavors, crunchiness, and deliciousness. I had the chicken with collard greens and mac n cheese. The vegan fried chicken looked like chicken, had the texture of chicken, crunchiness of chicken and above all the flavor of fried chicken! The mac and cheese was amazing, and the collard greens deserve a chefs kiss! 10/10 Would definitely recommend for vegan and non-vegan foodies!

My chicken sandwich was crunchy, crispy, and tasty. The sides were limited, so I got the biscuit. The mac and cheese sounded good and maybe the route to go. When I approached, I did not see a worker, so I ended up at the place next door. They were friendly and told me to ring the bell. It worked. She appeared and took my order. I would rate higher but the price was 20$ for my sandwich and biscuit.

Came with family after hearing great things about this restaurant. I was completely blown away. The “chicken” sandwich & chicken meal with brussel sprouts and peach cobbler were amazing, 10/10. Definitely worth the wait.

I’d been wanting to try out Oh Vegan Soul for some time, and we finally made it tonight. Holy yum, talk about tasty! My carnivore son said the “chicken” sandwich was right up there with the best he’d ever had, and my po’ boy was amazing! We sat at the bar and had some tasty drinks with our food. Even if it’s a 30 minute drive for you like it is for us, it’s worth it. Great night out.

The Mac and cheese was delicious. I got the jerk chicken sandwich and I didn’t know it was going to be that spicy. It was extremely spicy and I could only eat half of it. I wish the menu said “very spicy” next to it, to warn me so I could order something else. Or they could have asked when I ordered it to make sure that level of spice was ok. A child took my order and I didn’t know to ask about spice.
