Y’all!! I’ve followed Vegan Van since they first started their food truck years ago! Now they have a permanent casa and not only do they have AMAZING food at GREAT prices, but they even have a vegan market now called O’s Market! They even have GF options. Wing Wednesday is awesome and so is Taco Tuesday! Their tacos are sooo . This is a family owned business and the owners are pretty amazing people. Non vegans will absolutely enjoy anything on this menu, trust me! Oh and there is plenty of parking!!!

Wow, that taco was great! The fries and the chalupa were outstanding as well. Everything was very flavorful and had a great texture. The people inside were also very nice , and they took the time to talk to me even though they were obviously trying to set up displays.

This vegan chalupa! Holy smokes! I didn’t even know such a thing existed and now I want it all the time! We’ve also had their Crunchwrap and wings and fries. Everything is SO good! My order took a little longer than it was supposed to the first time we ordered and they were so nice and threw in some extra sweets. Vegan Van is now a weekly treat for us!

Blown away by the simplicity and unique take on many popular foods. I got the Crunchwrap and it was spot on! My wife got there monthly pick breakfast burrito stuffed with vegan fried chicken sausage just egg and there sauce inside too for more flavor. Definitely will return thank you for an amazing brunch

The Crunchwrap was very flavorful and good just seem a bit small for $9 but it was cooked to perfection so no complaints! The chickn and waffles were good but I was not expecting a mini salad to be in it! I didn’t like the arugula on my chickn & waffles and a more southern spice may increase the flavor of the chikn! I will definitely return to try more items! Good customer service!

Honestly best food in Colorado. We have been going to Vegan Van consistently for 2 years, we have tried almost all of their items and everything is amazing! The owners Brittney and Justin are great people. I always love seeing them. All of their staff is always so nice and friendly. Yeah you may have to wait a little longer for the food or they may have random hours…but this is a small local business! Give them a break….Quality food takes time and it is always worth it. Love Vegan Van. ❤️

Last night was my first time having Vegan Van, and it was excellent! All of the food was delicious, but the avocado taco was my favorite. The seitan ground beef was also tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful (even though the marketplace was sadly out of soy curls). The staff had accidentally made a timed order early, so they offered us some extra tacos on the house. I think it speaks volumes that staff would rather remake the order than give people food that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Loved the variety of vegan products available in the marketplace. Excited to give their pizza a try next time!

Horrible experience. Waited 40 minutes for 4 tacos and an order of fries. Food is overly salted and “chicken” is pretty much just crunchy fried bread, no taste to it outside of grease. Fries were soggy. When I asked why people who came in twenty minutes after us were getting their food, person working the counter said, “I don’t think that’s true.” She said this as the tickets were side by side, times clearly displayed. Total disappointment and waste of time. Will never be back.

After the rave review my friends gave, I just had to come, and so, so, so glad I did. Exceptionally friendly staff and the food BLEW my mind. The chilupa is easily my new favorite item In Denver. I happened to bump into the owner and It was very clear that they are passionate about creating a WOW experience for their customers. I will absolutely be back.

Always so excited to go. I’ve been going for years, before the Assembly location and I have always loved it. They continue to grow and learn and develop new ideas! Finally decided to review as I don’t do these too often. The Chalupa Supreme is hands down my favorite. Can’t wait to see what other fun ideas they have in store!
