This place is easy to miss driving by but worth seeking out! Delicious vegan offerings, which are hard to come by, with fresh, high quality ingredients. I can tell the lemon curry noodle soup I had was made with love. I will be back often!

Wasn’t able to try the food, but wanted to. Google hours for Saturday show opening at 11AM. Trekked over here and arrived around 1:30PM. The place still wasn’t open. Please update hours to reflect working hours so other travelers do not spend $20 for an Uber to find it closed.

This is a great option for delicious, vegetarian food. The vegetables were fresh, and the portions were generous, this is excellent value for money and will definitely be visited often. I would suspect a longer wait if there were multiple cars in line, so it might not be the best for a super fast option, but if you have the time, it’s worth it!

This place was AMAZING. I called the owner the day before, we scheduled a time for pickup, and then all of the food was ready to go (for my entire office!). The prices aren’t bad, the food is incredible, and the owner is a sweetheart. Definitely my new fave place in Fairbanks.

This place is relatively new for how long I’ve lived in Fairbanks. I tried it on a whim and have been back several times already because her food is AMAZING. I am not vegan nor vegetarian, but I love vegetables and Thai food and oh boy does this kind cook know her way around these dishes. I think she mentioned the dishes change depending on what fresh vegetables she can get, but I’ve gotten to the point now where I can trust to just order whatever she’s made for the daily special and it will be a treat.
