We hadn’t been to Veggie Oasis in quite some time. I’m happy to report that the food is still great! Teri, the chef and co-owner, makes one of the best falafel that I’ve ever had. Don’t miss the Chanah curry! My wife ordered it and it was delicious.

Nobody expects for a Veggie restaurant in middle of nowhere in Catskills. We came with a big group of multiple dietary restrictions expecting a meat free meal but it’s a meat free restaurant. Amit, Chef, and their crew did a phenomenal job on quesadillas, and wrap – oh my God, customers should try goat cheese wrap. It’s a big fat wrap. Price is right on point. If you’re expecting for a good meal before or after a long hike, this is the place you get to. Backyard is Ashokan Reservoir, what else matters.

I must say… Veggie Oasis burritos have lived in my mind rent free ‼️After a long hike to see the local fire watch tower my girlfriend and I spotted this restaurant off the side of the road. To say this was delicious would be an understatement. To this day I daydream about my return. I highly recommend adding the falafel to your burrito. Thank you.

Stopped at Veggie Oasis on Route 212 in Shokan last night. We have never been there before but decided to give it a try. The food was amazing! Terri and Amit , the owners couldn’t have been kinder. The server, I don’t remember her name (so sorry!) made the whole experience enjoyable. We highly recommend Veggie Oasis for everyone! Even meat eaters!

Very tasty vegan food. But the service was slow so I would suggest ordering over the phone and then going to pick up. Not their fault it’s a small place with a small staff. So if you’re hungry order ahead, and if you feel like chilling order when you’re there. This food is very very yummy!!
