The most pleasant breakfast experience we had on our visit. The staff was friendly, it was clean, plenty of space, and the most affordable. It also tasted great! I got the Yaya’s Special, pictured below with a pancake peaking through. Wife got a bagel and bacon.

Went here for lunch on someone’s recommendation. Glad we did. Very good clams and local shrimp. The ambiance is nothing special, sort of 70’s diner, but the food was good and reasonably priced, which is more than I can say for the more popular place closer to the Pier we ate at last night. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in this family-owned and operated restaurant is conducive to conversation, even between different parties. We met some folks from D.C. on their first visit to New England. We visit OOB every summer and have tried a variety of places. This will now become one of our regular stops. I look forward to trying their breakfast.

I wish I would’ve taken a picture because the breakfast was excellent! I had a sausage and cheese omelet with home fries, my wife had a ham and cheese omelet and the kids both had pancake breakfasts.

Went for breakfast, take out only, but you can eat it there. No table service they said, but brought our drinks, utensils and food (in takeout containers), weird. Two people working the front one super sweet, the other, just the tone of her voice told me she didn’t want to be here; not a good look for her or the business. Food was ok, nothing fancy or noteworthy.

On our last night in OOB we came across this family owned business and what a GEM it was we could see why it’s been around for 50 years. The food was delicious, excellent service, the Great location near the beach with parking included. Our waitress was a young girl and she made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend it.

Adorable restaurant, very friendly staff, delicious food served in a timely manner. No table service, but the process of ordering take out to eat there was very efficient. Would definitely recommend and will definitely eat there again!

We were a group of 10 the service was great that is the 2 stars. The food was terrible. Sausage cheap brown and serve deep fried, home fries deep fried. The should be done on a grill or pan. The bacon was micro wave. I would expect that from Dunkin donuts not a restaurant. The egg had to be the smallest you can buy or the cheapest.we stayed very close to this place and would have done breakfast every morning. I would not go back to this place Stay away from this place not worth the price. The final comment is the pancakes we not light and fluffy as the should be they were like bricks.

A Need To Vent
If you are looking for Italian cuisine DO NOT go here! Still upset about what I paid for this meal! As an Italian ordering veal cutlets I expected a nicely cooked meal what I got was a frozen veal patty covered in brown gravy, a scoop of mashed potatoes and canned beans with nothing on them! Now being times as they are I got the food being served in cardboard containers but $75 for frozen food …no! My daughter’s Caesar salad was all salad barely any dressing her boyfriend had the only decent thing but he had a sandwich my husband’s pasta was at least al dente with a couple 1 1/2 in meatballs. That’s what we paid $75 for..,like I said if you are looking for Italian cuisine go elsewhere.
