While the food was decent, the atmosphere was horrible. Better to do take out from this place than sitting in. The main guy who works in the front is very rude. He yelled at my husband for leaving his cellphone on the counter, while looking at the drinks, not even two feet away from him. While I think his intentions were well, he came off very negative and it was very absurd. Not only did he say something about it once, but three times. When we got our food and sat down, I felt uncomfortable and odd trying to enjoy my dinner due to the works staring us down. Finally, when we were finished eating, we left the dishes on the table since there wasn’t a specific spot for us to put them after. However, we did make sure to stack the plates and put any mess made on the table on top of the plates. While walking out, the guy then yelled to my husband, saying, “Hey! Come on man!” Implying that he should have put the dishes on the front counter. The whole interaction and experience was not enjoyable whatsoever. Customer service is definitely a 1/10. My husband and I will not be returning to this restaurant and I don’t believe anyone should. In the case that someone does, takeout is probably the best way to go. If someone is going to a restaurant to eat and buy food, at least treat them with some respect and kindness? The works actions are just completely unnecessary and rude.

A friend told me to try the White Pizza at Venny’s but whenever I go there they never have it. I have tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Buffalo Chicken and for $4.00 a slice it’s not too bad. It’s never too crowded from what I’ve witnessed and it’s also very clean. It’s also located right on Hamilton so it’s very convenient.

Place has rotten customer service. Certain employees that work there are very rude, it’s almost like they don’t want to make money. Not sure why it’s so hard to cook a gyro and serve it to the customer without issues, but this place accomplishes just that. Food is average, you can tell they don’t use quality ingredients. Other reviews complaining about the lack of flavor are true. Steak shops like this one are a dime a dozen in Allentown, skip this place and head on to the next. Give your money to a small business that cares about their work instead.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Found a hair in our dinner and brought the plate up to the owner. He immediately tried to tell me that none of his workers have hair (while he himself had longer grey hair under his hat) on their head and it must be my own. Then tried to say it was a piece if oregano. Are you kidding?!?! A thin piece of hair looks NOTHING like a piece of oregano. He was extremely rude and blew us off. Terrible customer service. I wasn’t even asking for anything but for him to acknowledge it. Instead he blamed the customer. Would not recommend going there and definitely won’t be back!
