Overall, the food was excellent. At first, the servers were very friendly and accommodating. Towards the end, the manager was rude. There were several issues that impacted our visit negatively, including a wet floor, closed bathroom, and early closure. A wet floor can pose a safety hazard, and it’s important to address this promptly to ensure the well-being of clients. While it’s commendable that the restaurant prioritizes cleanliness, it is also crucial to find a time to clean that doesn’t interfere with their patrons’ dining experience and enjoyment. Ideally, cleaning should be done either before or after operating hours to minimize any disruption. A closed bathroom is inconvenient and uncomfortable. Closing early (30 minutes) without any prior notice or valid reason is also a serious issue that caused us feeling frustrated. It’s important for Verde to respect its advertised hours of operation and communicate any changes to their customers in advance.The manager locked the door and when we asked for the reason, he said “just because”. Absolutely, unacceptable. I will not be back to that location.

Gorgeous, upscale Mexican restaurant …absolutely delicious food with wonderful presentation. It would’ve been a 5-star review however our service didn’t match the food and atmosphere and we sat at the worst table in the restaurant . It was shoved into a corner while the rest of the tables are more open, spacious and inviting. Considering we were celebrating a birthday (which was noted on our Open Table reservation), it was disappointing to be seated at that specific table. Despite this, we would happily return due to the food!

Will gladly come back again. As a picky eater it’s hard for me to find places to eat at but this place went above and beyond to deliver. Food was fresh atmosphere was chill and didn’t have to wait crazy long for service or food. Also just love this light. They have 5 sections to the restaurant more family style, the high top bar, bar adjacent seating, outdoor, and what looked to be a party area. Shout out for also having clean good smelling bathroom.

I sited this place on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. The place was busy and we had to wait to few minutes even after the reservation. Even though we requested to be seated in the patio, the ambiance of interior was amazing. The decoration with wall plants and chandelier was beautiful. It took a long time for our server to bring water and take our drinks order. The complimentary chips and salsa were good. We ordered Paloma and margarita trio as our drinks and Esquite as our appetizer. Drinks were ok but the quantity of the appetizer was ridiculous. We ordered veggie quesadilla and veggie fajitas. And two order of combination platter. The food was good but the quantity of guacamole and bean in fajita was very small. And there was no cheese or pico de gallo or lettuce in that. The quantity of food was not proportional to the price. It is good one time visit but with my food experience, I would not go back there. Also, the veggie fajitas didn’t seem like complete platter as few things were missing from it.

The restaurant is new, fresh, with good decor and modern take on Mexican style. Very crowded even during the week, so reservations come in handy, and took some time to find parking. The service was good, each guest had own salsa and chips on the house. I ordered the quesadilla verde and the house margarita. The entree was huge and very tasty. The margarita was very good too. I’ve heard the other Verdes are not good as this one, I definitely recommend.

Excellent Margaritas and cold beer. I had the Ribeye and my friend had the Molcajete. Both were wonderful and the presentation was well done. Pricey but worth every penny. Chef was on the floor checking up on dinners. Excellent service always checking on drinks and food.

This company charged me for the most ridiculously small cup of cueso I have ever ordered. I go to the one in carmel all the time and love it. This place however is clearly run by different management. Unfortunately I paid $30 for a cascadia and a shot glass of cueso literally less than 3 ounces of the dip. When I called they said it was normal. SMH
