We had the baby shower, The staff was great, and the waitresses were so inventive and caring to everyone. They took extra care to all my grandkids and made them feel special. Gave them T-shirts. My Taste Buds and I went to Verde a few weeks ago. We loved the atmosphere. We wanted a spot in the back, but it was being used. It was ok, though, because our server was welcoming and witty, and I’m sorry I forgot her name cause she deserves a special shout-out!

The absolute BEST place to be after the St Patrick’s Day parade – not that I went to the parade but when everyone’s charging a cover and I’m having a delicious margarita in the warm, welcoming environment of Verde with my friends, I’m happy. Love this place. And I don’t have a bias because I was born and raised in Bay Shore either. Best spot for tacos and margaritas. I had the cucumber jalapeño margarita and it was the best!!! 10/10 every time I come here.

I cannot say enough good things about Verde Kitchen and Cocktails. I had my bridal shower there yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. The greenhouse space is so picturesque and intimate – the live plants add perfect decor and the space has such great bones that you don’t need to go overboard with decorations. The service was great, our waitresses were fantastic, and everyone was so happy with the food and drinks. People were raving about the red sangria and I really enjoyed the margaritas. The service leading up to the shower was amazing as well, with the venue being very amendable with all of our requests. I was looking for a fun, laid back, and intimate space for my shower and this was exactly it. Would have another event there in a heartbeat!

Excellent customer service, every single employee was very attentive and courteous. I will have to highly recommend the Carne Asada. A marinated skirt served on a bed of green onions (a tad spicy), and maduros (sweet plantains), accompanying with rice and tortillas. The combination of flavors is just amazing. You will not regret. The tacos al pastor and street corn were just ok. I was hoping they would be better but unfortunately they weren’t. Pico grill had better tacos al pastor and street corn in my opinion. I’ve heard their fish tacos are really good, I guess I will have to go and give them a try. Their coconut Margarita was tasty but I felt like it lacked alcohol. It was very light… Overall I will recomend this restaurant. Go for the carne asada and the nice, pleasant service.
