I’ve been to this establishment more times than I can count & always forget to leave a review. They do a great job if you want to have a larger event (shower, birthday party, retirement party, etc.). The warmer months are my my favorite times to go so we can sit outside. Last time here there was a confusion with our reservation, we thought our large party of 13 was supposed to be outside, but they had us inside (trust me, they did not want us inside). The waitress put together tables outside for us & made it work, so sweet. Love the food here & the drinks are made to our liking. Plenty of parking.

My good friend had her retirement party there the other night .. We had a great time, The food was great and the bathrooms were clean! Thats a big plus for me. I like a place that puts quality in the bathrooms and the Entrance. The staff were there when you needed something. I would definitely book a party there.

The French bone in pork chop was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection, the peppers and potato wedges complimented the dish amazingly. Absolute must get from this restaurant, however, they have a great variety of Italian dishes which are all very enjoyable in their own and have very reasonably priced drinks.

We love Verdi. Dinner on the patio is always so nice. Owners of the restaurant always out front and center making sure all their guests are happy. Perfect spot for a large family meal or a quiet date night.

Great news that the Harold Zinno Jazz Orchestra is back once a month now at Verdi, after the Shamrock Pub and Grill sadly closed due to the Covid restrictions. Reserved two seats for the November show. Fine music and food. The special menu pork chop was perhaps the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. (See my photos) Fans of the band are asked for donations to help support members who have to drive a distance to play, which we gladly did.

Visiting family who frequent this place and they took us for dinner and it was ridiculously good. Ordered the braciola special and it had a great flavor, the sauce was delicious. My friend had the haddock and it too was spectacular. We couldn’t get over the quality and flavor! We had a week of subpar meals at different restaurants and were loosing faith in the CT restaurant scene, but this place was a welcomed surprise. Def the best meal we had and will recommend and return!
