Pizza was pretty good…we did a cheese deep dish and Italian beef, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms deep dish, garlic bread, and onion rings.We went on a Monday night so the restaurant was pretty empty which was fine for us. Sports on the tv tons of Chicago theme decor.

I got the 10″ flat crust (13$) with mushrooms, olives, onions and sauteed spinach & a soda (2.75$). I spent 25$ in total, but I got full off of 3 slices. It was very good pizza, the crust was crunchy, the sauce was flavorful, the toppings were expensive, I wish it wasn’t 1.75$ per topping.

First off, food was AMAZING! We got the deep dish and it was so good. The crust was buttery, crispy, and heald up against the topings without getting soggy. It tasted just like the neighborhood mom and pop pizza joints in Chicago. I sadly rated it only 2 stars due to our experience when we first got there. It was busy, but not overly so, and my husband and I were sat right away with open tables around us also. A few minutes after we sat down, a larger party of 8 was sat directly in front of us. Within a minute of them sitting down, a waitress came and got their drink order – we still had not even been looked at. Long story short, after 20 minutes of no one coming to us but all tables around us that were seated after us getting service, we finally were getting up to leave as we were angry and believed we were being ignored. As we are standing to go FINALLY a waiter comes over to us and says ” sorry, we didn’t know you were here” and asked for our drink order. We sat back down as it was getting late and we had no other idea of where to go for dinner. But come on, didn’t know we were there??? Multiple servers were working tables all around us, and when we tried to flag them down they just looked away. We felt very discriminated against and it was not a good first impression at all. I am glad we finally got service and was able to eat but we were not happy. We will be back because the pizza was so good, and hopefully things will go better and I can upgrade my review to 5 stars.

Got the butter crust, buffalo wings, calamari, frys, and cheese Curt’s the food was immaculate to say the least. The service was great got seated fairly quickly, ordered and received food fast. The workers and food was all around outstanding 10/10 recommend and will be coming back !

We are from Chicago. Been in Arizona 2 years. Have been relying on Lou Malnatis since we found them here. Almost always got the wrong order or had to wait longer than promised. Read a review for another Pizza place and someone mentioned Vero in their less than satisfied review of LM. Ordered from Vero to try it. Excellent pizza, service and very tasty! Order was perfect and pizza was delicious! Our new pizza place for a quick cheat meal!
