My son and I were craving pizza and wings tonight and wanted to try a different place. I looked at the reviews and they were great. Being Italian myself I’m very picky. I called into the restaurant and spoke to the owner, Antimo. He was very nice and personable. We ordered the large combo pizza minus the mushrooms (not a fan) and garlic parm wings well done.The pizza was perfectly cooked, generous toppings, and the sauce spot on! The wings were very tasty and flavorful. The focaccia bread is to die for! The tiramisu was wonderful, so light and creamy. My only complaint is that it was a small piece of tiramisu. But all in all this is now going to be our new spot! Highly recommended. The Lamberti family never lets you down!

Holy smokes! Have been following this place on Instagram for a few weeks and *had* to stop in once I saw the chicken parm pizza. Stopped in for a slice yesterday. No chicken parm pizza, but was told a slice of the white pizza could be customized. I got that and a couple slices of the grandma. Couldn’t wait until I got home, so I ate one of the grandma slices in my car. It was so good I wanted to call and tell them how good it was – lol!

Grandma Pizza!! I’LL say it again for the folks in the back, GRANDMA PIZZAAAA!! Do yourself a favor and head on down to Vero to get their supreme Grandma Pizza! The sauce, the crunch, the cheese, the thickness… everything on point and beyond. DEFINITELY gonna come here again soon and try out their other pizzas.

We had been driving all day and stopped for the night…tired and hungry! We walked up the street to Vero Pizzeria at 8:55 p.m. They closed at 9. I know how frustrating it can be when customers come in right before closing. I asked if they were open and was warmly invited in and told to order whatever sounded good to us. We ordered a Margherita pizza and it was DELICIOUS!!! The owner talked with us and made us feel welcome and appreciated! I am so glad we went in. Thank you for a great pizza AND great experience!

Vero’s grandma style pizza is excellent. If you enjoy saucy pizza then you will love their grandma pie or their tomato pie. Even though I love sauce I found their tomato pie to be too much for me. Their grandma pie has the perfect balance of cheese to sauce that I look for in my pizza and it is well seasoned. My main complaint is the plain pizza. While the plain pizza is not horrible it is definitely not a 5 star plain pie, but as long as you avoid that you should have a great time.

We got 4 pies and the cheesesteak Stromboli for a group dinner tonight and everyone asked where it was from! The food was amazing! The Stromboli was probably the best I have ever had and we had 4 different pies and every one was delicious!! We will be back very soon!

Highly recommended Vero. Owner and staff are nothing short of professional and friendly.
