That lady is very Nasty. I only order 2 shrimp rolls. today I notice it was burnt and the middle is cold. She was mad that she had to give me a refund I bit both to check. she asked me if I wanted then heated up. How??? They will be deep fried but I ate it. She didn’t offer to give 2 fresh ones she said to me don’t order here no more.I’m ok with that. She doesn’t deserve any business.

Verona Chinese Kitchen has been my go-to Chinese food restaurant since they opened. We have tried either places, but the quality and flavor has never been beat. I moved out of town 2 years ago, and we still go back to Verona Chinese Kitchen. Nothing near us comes close! There is the occasional snafu where I order brown rice but receive white, but that’s the extent of it. When we lived in town we ordered once a week, and I mean for 5+ years, and we’ve NEVER had a disappointing meal. Keep up the good work!

Great service. The food is good and they deliver quickly. I recently mistakenly ordered chow mein thinking it was a normal noodle dish and when I called to say I had the wrong thing delivered they explained what I did and sent someone with a substitution without me asking within minutes even though it was my mistake.

The food is not horrible but the service is. I work a block away from restaurant so i order there quite often. This is today’s rib. Extra fatty and extra burnt. My co-worker’s fried shrimp was fried extra hard. Extremely dry. The delivery driver demands tips. We have complained in the past. I guess this is their way of getting us back. PICK UP so u can check your food. They’re a hit or miss! Good luck!

Excellent takeout on Christmas Day. Efficient service and the food was excellent- Singapore mei fun, tofu with vegetables that were fresh, ribs. Everyone in our family was happy. Will be back.

I was inspired to write this review because I just finished an utterly delicious meal, one of the chef’s specials: sautéed jumbo shrimp with scallions and ginger. I had it with brown rice. I am rarely happy with my meal when my family orders Chinese takeout. Tonight was the exception. There were at least 10 perfectly cooked- not rubbery- jumbo shrimp in a tasty sauce that was just right- not mild, not overpowering. The vegetables were delicious too. All hot and fresh and delivered in 20 minutes (they said half an hour) from our call.

The delivery guy is a joke. I specified multiple times that I’m not tipping with cash and he rudely interrupts the medical office i work in asking for tips. Regardless of if i tip or not he has no manners. Not ordering again.
