In our search for great pizza in the Westerly RI area, several locals recommended for us to try Vetrano’s Restaurant. We finally got around to it and found the staff to be super-friendly (hi Leslie!). We were surprised to see that they sold pizza by the slice. We ordered the “Special Combo” pizza which comes topped with 10 different traditional toppings (6 varieties of meats plus veggies, mushroom and olives). The crust was cooked perfectly and had a nice crust and texture that reminded me of freshly baked italian bread. The toppings were plentiful, fresh, well balanced flavor and delicious.

This place used to be better. I was told to pick up 25 mins after I ordered. I arrived in 24 minutes and the pizza was cold. It was a little charred on the bottom too. Crust not as thick as it used to be. Basically I was looking forward to a hot juicy pizza, and what I got was cold and dry. Someone needs to teach the chef how do pizza the right way. Soo not feelin’ the love.

Great Pizza! We had service at the grey sail brewery and it was amazing! Only thing was the kids around who were throwing rocks at everyone, a bit of a downer so I would suggest an age limit after 8pm! pizza 10/10 place 8/10 !

Truly a hidden gem! I’ve been going to westerly for years and my boyfriend suggested this place as they’ve been coming for years, and I can see why! The bread is soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, great menu variety, delicious salads, and service is always wonderful! I can’t wait for my next trip!

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and we weren’t happy. Ordered again today figured $5.00 for national pizza day and we’d give them 1 more try because we love NY style pizza! They definitely redeemed them selves today. Considering how busy they were the pizza was excellent!
