Viande Rouge is hands down one of the best intimate setting places to eat. It IS a 5 start restaurant. The food is superb. The staff is excellent. The management is attentive and they truly strive to be accomidating to your needs. I’ve been there numerous times with my wife and they never disappoint!

Excellent service and we like the French twist on this quaint American steakhouse with several table side prepared dishes. Learned the name means ‘red meat’; however, the seafood is equally as good. Love the red and black chic decor and the intimate setting is great for couples and groups. Tip 1: Not really kid friendly so I suggest getting a sitter. They even have custom chairs with their logo embossed on the back. First time dining for our anniversary in which I was allowed to select our table when I was greeted by the owner while looking at the menu outside and was impressed to make a reservation the day before. Tip 2: Very ltd seating so reservations are strongly recommended. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and a personalized card signed by each staff and a dessert..the crème brulé with fruit and creme was awesome! Now I know why they’ve earned Zagat awards year after year. Thanks for making our special day great!

We started coming here a year ago and everytime the food and service is fantastic. Escargot, duck confit, lamb, potatoes gratin and banana foster are must haves. Nice ambience, perfect for a romantic dinner as long as you don’t sit in the private dining area. Definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.

The atmosphere was awesome with a nice little bar and fresh style. Their web site for this restaurant is a mess. While still owned by the original owner of Viande Rouge, they did not remove all of the Viande Rouge info and replace with Cantina One 41. The reviews and photos are blended and it still gave the Viande Rouge Menu when last I looked as well as photos. We came in during Happy Hour hoping to just have a few drinks and appetizers. Given the 6 p.m. time, they were quite busy. If you want to go during the dinner hours, I highly recommend a reservation. It seems that most people there were friends of owners and regulars so I expect they have no need to drive in new traffic.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The crab beignets melt in your mouth, the caesar salad is served side table. We also had escargot, it was ok, but not my favorite thing I had that night. We all got different steaks (filet, ribeye, etc.) and they were all amazing. My favorite side was the creamed spinach. Then we finished the meal with beignets and they were amazing.

Wow!!! Let me start by saying that I thought we walked into a sex dungeon when we arrived! This play is very Moulin Rouge-ish!! I’m only 28 but felt so grown and sexy and when I arrived here! They are very attentive, the bartender was hilarious (now Snapchat friends) and our meals were prepared table-side!!! Can I give 6 stars?! I would if I could! Food and ambiance is amazing!! I ordered the steak Diane and it was sooo good and tender!! If you’re going Valentine’s Day, be sure to make reservations!! You won’t be let down!

I took my mom out for her birthday one year along with my grandmother and sister. The service and food was amazing. Though an unbelievably expensive dinner out, it is worth it, and a definite dinner to remember. The restaurant is also beautifully secorated. Steak is their specialty. 5 stars for sure!
