Love their menu. So much so that I forget just how bad their service time is. You won’t wait longer for your order anywhere else. Could be the low count of staff, could be other reasons. Whatever the reason, the wait time is at inexcusable. Made the mistake of bringing more than four others with me and we waited over 20 minutes for our smoothies and paninis. As a reference to how busy the place was when we were there; there was two orders ahead of us, two people each.

I like it, but I don’t like the pricing for the amount of food you get.i got the turkey club and paid $10 for it and I’m not even full. For $2 more I could order from the Thai restaurant next door and get 2 meals. I know they don’t like fillers, but I shouldn’t have to spend $20-$30 to fill up. My final verdict, is that this place looks and feels pretty, and is definitely riding the trendy health craze; you come here to have an experience and be trendy, not fill up. All in all, I will come back for their juices because those are really good but still $7 for maybe 8-10 ounces.
