The food was AMAZING . So delicious my husband and dined here a few days ago and definitely recommend. The portions are huge and worth it. I had oxtail with Mac and cheese and rice. My husband had the goat curry with rice which was highly recommended by the hostess. We are not curry lovers however it was not at all what I thought it would be, it was so good. We also had jerk chicken which again was delicious. I think the only downside is the variety of drinks. Otherwise really enjoyed it here and would go back.

First time here, and I will definitely be back. Top Caribbean spot in the Emmaus area of PA.The food was delicious and this place is so cozy, literally a vibe. I had curry shrimps with rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. In the other tray was oxtail with a side of potato salad.

I had to visit this new restaurant after seeing a post in a local food group on FB. Ordered jerk chicken and curry chicken platters. Let me start by saying the chicken in both dishes was fantastic! The jerk chicken was very flavorful and tender. Curry chicken was also very good. The peas and rice were average as were the plantains. The cabbage was my least favorite and not to mention the portion of cabbage was very small. I gave 4 stars because I thought the chicken was amazing but the sides weren’t as good as the chicken. And please give more cabbage with a platter (I honestly had like 2 fork-fuls and it was gone.

I finally got to try here today! I got the Jerk chicken. It came with plaintains and white rice. For a small it was only $8! And its a very large portion. Everything was absolutely delicious. Best food I have had in a long time. And the people who own/work here are so friendly!

I’m insulted that we were served this. We went on the same day they opened. I think it was because we came in a half hour before they were supposed to close but if they didn’t want to make our food right they should have just said they were closed. That’s still no excuse. All the food was cold and dry. The cabbage was completely raw. I would never come back here again after being served what we got like we were stupid and don’t know what Caribbean food is supposed to be. We absolutely know what it’s supposed to be and WINSTON’S on 7th street in Allentown is where it’s at. I wouldn’t normally name drop a better restaurant but this one insulted us so bad it’s not even funny. We were hoping this new Caribbean restaurant right down the street from us would be good but we’ll still be taking the drive to Winston’s. I didn’t want to post this right away because i didn’t want to flame this new restaurant right when they opened but today i had Winston’s again and it made me realize even more how insulting the food was that we paid for.

I travel a lot and love Jamaican/Island food. I relocated and truly cant find any good food spots in Emmaus/Macungie..Ive traveled into Allentown too but Im gonna have to say you all just saved me a trip to Baltimore because now I got an amazing Jamaican food spot in my backyard! Just had a fantastic takeout experience at Vibes Caribbean Restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere really captured the Caribbean vibe. I ordered the Jerk chicken with rice and peas, and every bite was an explosion of amazing flavors. Highly recommend trying it out for an authentic taste of the Caribbean!

I heard about this place and finally made time to go and check it out. The place is small, but the atmosphere and vibes are welcoming, and the staff are awesome. I ordered the jerk chicken and rice and peas, and it was pretty tasty. I will definitely be back to try the curry goat.
