I purchased chicken tenders, fish and shrimp. They have the lowest level of frozen food. No crunch, cold, soft and tasted like school food. Disgusting, I threw my meal away. What a waste of money. For what they charge lol ridiculous. Be prepared to yell when you order. They cant hear, I think because of the wind? Never again. Money lost and lesson learned.

Decided to try this location since the usual location I frequent on Ayers is now closed. I pulled up and ordered via drive thru. I ordered two 3 pc chicken mix baskets and one 4 pc steak finger basket. None of the orders comes with a drink. Received my food and it was placed one order atop another in one plastic bag. Arrived home and the temperature of the food had changed from warm to cold. My drive is 5 minutes. Opened the food trays to find that my steak fingers were over cooked. The chicken baskets were not comparable. One had huge pieces of chicken the other smaller pieces. A lot of breading and hardly any meat. I posted a photo of a chicken leg next to a salsa packet for comparison. No napkins, salt, pepper or ketchup. They didn’t even offer it. It’s not the same quality of food that I remember from the other locations. They do have ample parking and a nice patio area.

The staff at Vic’s are tremendously helpful and nice. Their food is very delicious. Those cooks have burger super powers. I went in feeling down but perked up after the food and service. Job well done.

I am so glad Vicks has a location on the South Side! I have been twice now since they recently opened and I love it. I’ve ordered the same exact thing both times! Burger, fries, fried pickles and a milkshake of course! The drive through team was friendly and the wait wasn’t bad, despite the drive through being full or cars.

We didn’t have a (first time ever) good delivery experience when we used Favor but I talked my husband into giving them another try and going ourselves and I am SO happy that he did for me. He told them about his bad experience with the ORings so they apologized and took really good care of him. He ordered the dbl burger dbl cheese and added avocado, bacon, and fried egg with them this time (first order time he had a club sandwich with the aforementioned problematic ORings). I, wanting to try something else too, was torn between the fish and a burger (my first order was chicken tenders) and on the advice of staff I chose the flounder and omg I’m SO glad I did! I didn’t even touch the tartar sauce but I will save it because I later found out they make that on site too from their special recipe. I highly recommend the fish! Excellent flounder. I also love their French fries because they’re old school made right with no stupid coatings or starch spray (I am SO over those) we’ll probably come here every time we eat out, at least for awhile

Ordered the Hamburger Combo, bun was smashed down, patty was average, could have used little more mustard. Fries were hot and tasty. Place was clean and plenty of seating. I would have like a couple of high top tables. Staff was friendly, stated the offer first responders a discount.

I always love their food had not been there in a while .ordered burgers the Lettuce brown did not see any green my Daughters lettuce was the same had to take out the lettuce . the French fries were old and cold fried pickles were awesome.

Anthony & David are always professional and polite. They pay attention to detail and dietary needs. Eat it fresh right off the grill, so good. These are the best fries in town! Reminds me of an old-fashioned diner burger and fries. Check them out on Saratoga Blvd! Tell them Terri sent you. =)
