So this is our first time here from reading some of the reviews we got some good not so good but we’re going to give it a try as a Google reviewer we’re going to see what this place is all about we don’t live too far from this place it’s our first time coming here. so now atmosphere is great there’s plenty of parking there’s plenty of place inside Amanda is our waitress name she’s very nice she greeted us as soon as we came in and a very quick without order. Got to say everything is really good the food is good would definitely recommend this place. Vinson is the owner which was nice enough to come and talk to us and shoot the breeze.

Best hand tossed pizza ever!!!! We stopped to try and will be back lots!!!! They have huge variety of food and all sounds great! People so nice and prices great. Plus ice cream!! See all that was left !

I’m from Detroit as well as Vic. When I pre-ordered my pizza I mistakenly ordered from another store thinking it was Vic’s place. When I came to pick up my pizza turns out I was in the wrong place. The staff took it upon herself to call the other store I order from to cancel my order and apologized to them for my mis order we were given on the house drinks while we waited for our pizza to be made. That was definitely over the top. Seldom do I ever get Pizza at chain pizza places I always look for that one of a kind Pizza would be the place for that one-of-a-kind Pizza fix it’s just that place. Every time we go there, my wife orders a ‘breaded chicken sub’, and most times they bring out a ‘chicken parmesan sub’. We know this, so today we explicitly pointed on the menu to the ‘breaded chicken sub’ and then I watched the server write it down as ‘breaded chicken sub’. Like, with my eyes I saw her write it down. Of course, she still brings a ‘chicken parmesan’ sub. When we told her that it was incorrect, she got all snotty and said ‘I wrote down chicken parmesan because you said chicken parmesan’. We reminded her that we pointed it out specifically-and had her confirm it verbally-whole ordering, and she started yelling at us about being really busy? It’s one thing to overcharge for sub-par food, but to have waitstaff that berates customers because of THEIR OWN MISTAKE is just unacceptable. We’ll never be back.

Honestly one of, if not the worst tasting pizzas I’ve ever had. Cheap mozzarella, pre made pizza sauce and dough. Wouldn’t recommend getting pizza here.

Let me start by saying, the food here is really wonderful. For the last 5 years my husband, our children and myself have really enjoyed coming here. We dine in often, order take out often and every now and then got a delivery. From our first time ever coming here we knew that we found our spot. For almost 5 years that has remained the same. Always good service, always great food. Friday nights is always our day to get out and unwind and enjoy the next couple of days off. Over the last several months something has shifted at Vic’s. As customers we should be able to expect attentive service, to come in and have a few drinks, enjoy our dinner and go when we’re ready. It used to be this way every visit. Now it all depends on who our server is. One of their main servers who seems to be in charge and used to be very good, is now very inattentive, no longer refills drinks, takes an excessive amount of time to get our bill and boxes and is constantly disappearing. When at the table she’s very shifty and chews gum rapidly which is a health code issue in itself. We’ve brought our concerns of this behavior and other disturbing things to the owners attention a few times and nothing seems to change. We used to really enjoy spending time here. Having a few cocktails, watching whatever game is on chatting with friendly servers and even sometimes the owner. It was so well run, everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. Now it’s much different. Employees gathering by the to go counter having conversations that aren’t appropriate at all, when we call in for to go food we’re either put on hold for a long time, told they’re not doing to go orders at all or our order is taken with impatience and sometimes attitude. We miss the old days. We miss the fun, friendly atmosphere it was not so long ago. We miss the quality of service we received no matter who our server was and we especially miss the passes through the dining room that were made just to ask and ensure we had what we needed and that everything was good. Until things get better we unfortunately will be looking for another hangout. We truly hope we will be able to change our review back to the 5 star it was before.
