My son and I came out on a Saturday to check out the newest BBQ spot near Waco. We ordered a little bit of each of the meats Joey had for the day (brisket, creole ribs, sausage, turkey breast, and tri-tip) plus greens, Mac n cheese and the creole corn.

This place is a great addition to central Texas BBQ. We got some of almost everything: brisket, ribs, tri tip, sausage, cucumber salad, and mashed potatoes, and we weren’t disappointed by any of them. The brisket was perfectly moist with a flavor-packed bark, and both the ribs and the sausage were better than most. The tri tip was soft as butter, and I’m looking forward to having the leftovers as a sandwich tomorrow. It’s hard to mess up sides, but not many places do them well. Not the case here as both the cucumber salad and mashed exceeded our expectations. If they had desserts, I’d give them 6 stars. All in all, Victorian’s is definitely worth the drive to Mart, so we’ll be recommending it to friends and coming back again soon.

Hands down….this the BEST barbecue in Central Texas. What a nice treat. All of the meats are well smoked and perfectly seasoned. The sides are incredible especially the potato salad. Be sure to save room for dessert – the banana pudding is truly out of this world. The ambience is a really cool vibe with great friendly service! I will definitely be back and will bring friends.

$16 for a half lb of really dry brisket with not much flavor. Asked for a sandwich and was told I had to make my own, which is fine, however the guy there seemed almost annoyed when I asked for one. I ordered a 1/4 lb then he told me that wouldn’t be enough for a sandwich (2 decent slices). I ordered one more slice and then he decided to just give me a little “extra.” I guess he could sense my reluctance to even buy it. $5 for a side of bland potato salad. $2 for a can of Dr Pepper??? Wow! Not sure how long they will be in business. I literally saw a guy walk in, check prices, then leave. Definitely not the best BBQ I’ve had.

The food was very good! Amazing brisket and sausage. Sides are good but a little on the small side. Definitely try the creole corn. Great staff and we love atmosphere! We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work Sir!

Holy smoke and barbecued meats Batman… That’s the best tucker I’ve had in Texas!! I like to save my favorite until last but I just kept eating in circles, Ribs, potato salad, turkey, corn, greens, Texas slaw beans and more… I had to stop somewhere so I took some home for tomorrow!! Joey and Kelly are two of the best humans on Earth. JUST. GO. HERE!!

If you love bbq get on down to Victorians BBQ. They have the best tasting tri-tips, ribs, brisket and chicken. Let’s not forget the yummy potato salad and beans. The restaurant has an amazing vibe and great music.
