Ordered a plain cheeseburger and cheesesteak which were very boring and not seasoned at all. The burger pattie was obviously frozen not fresh. Don’t think I’d bother trying any other items here. Nothing was “bad” but nothing was worth ordering from here again.

Came in to make an order and the lady that took the order looked so lost and confused for 10 mins to get the change and food started. Right when I got my change man on the phone sees a roach a split second after I saw it and smacked it on the counters really fast and proceeded to take the phone order. Like I just didn’t see that. Immediately lost my appetite and for my refund back. I use to love that spot growing up… I’ll never go back for that one.

I have ordered from here since I moved to Coatesville 2 years ago. Love there food and service. But after the past week I am extremely frustrated. Tonight i called in an order and 2 hours later when I called back the waitress laughed and said oh I forgot to place your order. I’ll add a 2 litre instead of your 20oz for the inconvenience. So I waited another hour for my pizza and they brought me a 20 oz soda and the delivery driver said he had no idea where my 2 litre was. So 3 hours for a full price pizza and nothing done to make it right? That doesn’t sound like victorias!!! So I’m confused, are they under new owners?

We ordered a vegetarian pizza from Victoria’s Pizza. The wrong item was delivered cold an hour later. After we called to discuss this the women told us they could deliver the correct item another hour later and we need to return the incorrect item!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME THEY ACTUALLY WANT US TO RETURN A COLD PIZZA BACK TO THEM! Never offered us a refund or any compensation. What a joke this place is, never again!
