I loved this place, it was my first time and I enjoyed everything. Elsa our server was great and helpful. She had great customer service skills. We did not need to ask for any refills, She would get it done before being asked and had great recommendations. I had to the tacos and my husband have a New York steak and we both have in love with the food and service will definitely be back.

This was my first time eating here, and I am glad I decided to come! From the initial greeting as I walked in to the very friendly and fast service, and finally last but most definitely not least was the food. Presentation was on point and I ordered the arrachera steak, and it was amazing! Compliments to the chef and the entire staff I highly recommend!!

The arrachera steak is amazing and the employees are super friendly. We like this location much better than the west side. The staff is much more attentive and the wait is not long at all. Will definitely return!

Great steaks , if you know your meats/cuts then you won’t be disappointed. The space is limited and it’s best to arrive with sufficient time, this won’t be a place where you have space to sit/stand…again the space is limited but the food was great. The servers do their best with the space they have.

Love it we went to the original in Canutillo and made the trip for the much closer east side location is ALOT smaller but less people and better quality food. The arrachera steak is just better than anywhere I’ve had it in El Paso. Loved the fajitas 2nd time back with family and it’s become one of our favorite places

I had been dying to try this place after I saw it open. Finally found some time on a Saturday afternoon so my family and I decided to have a late lunch there on our way home. To begin we sat ourselves and waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us before we were handed menus. No drink or just hand menus. As we waited another 10 minutes, all while watch all 3 of the young ladies present play on their phone. Show each other things on their phones. Laugh and giggle. Eat hot cheetohs behind all while we are visibly irritated and hungry. Finally a young man (i believe the receipt said his name was Alan) noticed us gathering our thing to leave and sprung into action apologizing on behalf of his co workers. Even stating I guess I’ll make the money then. And believe me this young man was the only saving grace of getting 3 stars. Shout out to you young man. He promptly got us drinks, chips , soup and took our order. The food came out fast and the consensus at the table was 50/50 my spouse thought their food was over chared and basically just burnt tasting but liked all the other sides I.e the queso , the beans the enchilada. I had the exact same plate I thought every was pretty delicious for the most part but at the end of it all couldn’t find the 53$ (x2) in value for what I had. Other little things too. Our drinks were canned! And the overall layout and atmosphere was just kind of all over the place. I would still recommend this place to neighbors and friends to try it just to form their own opinion. in summary the young man that waited on us was overall the saving grace of our experience.

8/3/23, first visit. The store is small and has a few TV’s up with sports. We received chips and salsa, also a cup of soup that was really tasty. I ordered steak picado ranchero which had a a lot of tender steak, the rice and beans were good. My wife ordered the Mexican plate, the only negative thing was that the cheese in the cheese enchilada was not cooked/melted. We were going to get a dessert but they didn’t have churros or sopaipillas. Overall we would go back to try other menu options.

Just moved to the area and decided to take my family to a “Steak House.” It is false advertising. It’s not a steak house but rather a Mexican place that serves steaks. If you want a restaurant quality atmosphere, this is not it. It should be called “La Victorias steak and tacos.”
