I’m really disappointed in Victors today, I was looking forward to their chilaquiles and to my surprise it did not have tortilla chips, when we looked at our order it was a few soggy tortilla strips. What made it worse is I called them to let them know I was really dissatisfied with my order, and that I felt they needed to do something to make it right. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything like that but maybe a discount for a future order since I’m a loyal customer and in my 5 years I have never once complained. The manager put me on hold and when she came back on the phone just told me she spoke with her cook and that he confirmed that’s how they make their chilaquiles and there was nothing she could do. Oh and she said next time if I order that all they could do Is a side of chips at no cost! I would not recommend anyone to order this breakfast item ever unless your looking for a wanna be Frito bowl.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant especially after reading all the glowing reviews. Several people said it was authentic Mexican food….NOT! It’s one of these new millennial fad places with no more than glorified Taco Bell food. Everything is served on disposable plastic even if you dine in. It’s like an old-time cafeteria where you get a tray and your point and tell the server what you want and how to fix it . the place was packed with the lunch crowd and extremely noisy. The food was adequate in the service was very good. The servers were very pleasant. If I had not been so hungry I would have walked out of this place as soon as I saw what it was, but I was too tired to go look for something else.

I ordered a shrimp bowl for lunch. It was more like a rice bowl. I ordered extra salsa on the side which I did not get. Barely any other toppings except rice. So Disappointed

This “USED” to be my favorite place to eat. The meat “WAS” seasoned perfect and the salsa verde was amazing. Now it’s just bland, small quantities, large prices, and watered down salsa. I tried this location and the other locations all the same just to see if it was just by mistake but nope they all went down in quality. Disappointing.

I looooooooove their Breakfast but the lady’s in there are Terrible Moody and Got lots of Attitude which is a instant no Go for me. I wish they had the Chorizo burritos on Sundays aswell but they don’t. On top of that I gotta add that they never answer their phone and when I orderd in store last time I watched them and they liltary let the phones ring or just hang up defently needs improvement in the Staff but the Food is Good !

My mentor introduced me to this place about a year ago. I instantly fell in love with their quesadillas and their burritos. The food is good enough to warrant a line at lunch, but it’s worth the wait, and only takes a few extra minutes. I strongly recommend their chicken quesadillas or chicken burritos and make sure you add cactus to it it’s amazing. Also the staff is very friendly kind and helpful. Sorry I don’t have any pictures this time I was working it didn’t have the time to take some.
