The fact of the matter is a place like this existing in a small town like ours is simply a sensation! The food and service is exquisite! The owner and his staff were extremely kind and welcoming and made the atmosphere feel as tho we were being invited into their own home. In many other places similar in cuisine you do not get this experience. But Victor’s Sushi is truly a rare Oasis! We are immensely impressed with the quality and attention to detail they serve to you with every dish. Words can not describe how grateful we are to have such a diamond mine in our own backyard. I respectfully request those who are looking for a wonderful new experience to stop on by and make a everlasting memory at Victor’s Sushi !

I’m usually getting sushi when I go to the West Coast definitely not when I’m back in the Midwest for obvious reasons. But this place was spot on!!! Incredibly fresh! We just kept ordering more and more! I don’t get full on sushi to easily but was beyond stuffed after leaving Victor’s! I only took 1 picture but also got the spicy garlic edamame. Highly recommended!

Passing through on our way to Fort Collins and looking at the restaurants in town, this definitely seemed like the best one. Was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and well prepared and the service was friendly. The drinks was something else! – very high quality. Had the jalapeño margarita and the smoked old fashioned – both amazing. Happy hour from 3-5 on weekdays. Most likely not only the best restaurant in town but also in the entire county.

We are new to the area, and tried Victor’s for my birthday dinner. I was very impressed with the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server was the only one working, and did a great job taking care of us. We tried the calamari and spring rolls for apps, and they were both very good. We ordered a round of Miso soup, and were a little disappointed by the fishy taste of it. We ordered an array of dinner dishes, including a custom sushi roll. Everything was very good! We definitely plan on returning.

Love the food, and it’s suprisingly not too expensive. They have cheaper options if you’re just wanting to try new things instead of getting a whole meal you may not enjoy. I recommend getting your order on their sushi boat whenever you can, it adds to the experience.

The food was exceptional. The service was good. I have to stress how good the food was though. The wantons were really good, the sushi roll I had was the best in the area. The jalapeno poppers they had were so good it’s hard to describe. The ramen was really good too! If you are in the area please give them a try.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! The dining room is very comfortable and clean, the staff is super friendly and on top of the game. The food, omg the food is the BEST I have ever had for sushi. The spicy garlic edamame is DELICIOUS. HIGHLY suggest and I will be back.
