Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. We got the Salmon, Ribeye and Shrimp and Grits entrees. The presentation was beautiful and flavors were on point — we all cleaned our plates! They have a great selection of cocktails and mocktails as well. We will definitely be back!

Walked in without a reservation because it was before the usual dining rush. We were seated promptly. Tuesday is select bottled wine night. We were delighted to have a glass with dinner. We had the bottle recorked and bagged for take away as part of the Tuesday special. The meal was excellent. We just spent 20 minutes parking to be seated and sit almost half an hour with no one even speaking to us. We just quietly left. Do not bother trying this place. Also, in the lengthy amount of time I had to read the menu it was pretty limited.

My husband and I visited Vidalia today. Our experience was far from the great reviews we read. Honestly, I can’t speak to the food or beverages, because we never got that far. We were there 30 minutes. The waitress came by finally after 15 minutes to take a drink order that she never brought after another 15 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, as we watch another table that came in way after us get drinks, we decided to cut our losses at 30 minutes.

My wife and I visited here for our anniversary trip. I started with the onion rings and truffle fries. Both were fried goodness with a nice horseradish sauce. I had the pork toastados as the main course and they had the perfect combination of sweet with heat, yummy. Service was excellent. Highly recommended if you are in the Boone, NC area.

From the beginning to the end, the staff was friendly, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere has such a warm, happy feel to it! I had the pork belly, and it was so tender I could tear it apart with my fork alone. Even the desserts were astounding. Will definitely be coming back for more

Vidalia has been mine and my wife’s go-to restaurant for special occasions for more than 10 years. It’s fancy, but affordable, in a cool, relaxed atmosphere. Food is always superb, portions are satisfying, and the service is fantastic. One of Boone’s finest!
