Love it. But, like most places now…they don’t have much help, so you might wait a hot minute to place your order if your seated at table. Their waitress is great, very pleasant etc and very quick and efficient but. They just don’t have enough waitresses or help. Food is perfect.

Everything was so fresh and delicious. Service was great. I only wish we could order online but outside of that, a great place to get Pho. My mom said they had the best egg rolls she has ever had before. I tried the popping boba lemonade and that was really good as well. I will definitely be going back.

Great food. Not so great wait staff. The place has seemed to be understaffed for years and you wait way longer than you should to order or check out. Maybe he needs to pay the help a better wage. On our way out our waitress was cleaning off tables and looking at her phone and was obviously too busy to take care of customers while we patiently waited to pay. It’s things like this that make me not feel appreciated as a customer and I’ll probably take my money and business elsewhere.

I go to Viet Pho at least once a week. They have some of the best soups and let’s not forget the egg rolls! The staff is always super friendly and I’m always welcomed with open arms. It’s truly a family establishment that really knows the value of customer service and appreciation!

Viet Pho is one of the best places in the area to eat. Not only is the food excellent the staff is equally as good. I have eaten weekly for a long time and have never had a bad meal or poor service. The restaurant appeals to a diverse population making it fun snd lively. I mentioned just the other day it really is a neighborhood hangout, warm and inviting. I have participated in a few Popup Dinners with the folks there witnessing firsthand their dedication and love for all of Albany.

I had the chicken fried rice, and chicken pho. The rice was sticky and soft, amazing taste and you can tell it was made with love and authenticity. The pho was incredible, I’ve never had anything like it. It was my first time having pho and it definitely set the standard for me I will come back here for sure just for the pho. To add to the pho, you get a plate of assortments to add to your pho. The bean sprout added in – it made the pho so much more fresh and just light. The cilantro added a beautiful mint flavor and the jalapeños were very spicy and added a kick. I only added a couple of those lol.
