I really enjoyed my meal at Vietnam Bistro. Friendly service and wonderful food. I had the Salt and Pepper Shrimp which was delicious. At other restaurants, they leave the shells on the shrimp so you lose all the seasoning when you peel the shrimp to eat it; but here they remove the shells before cooking and you get all the seasoning. The shrimp were very large and cooked to perfection. My friends had the seafood pho which she said was delicious. Just don’t order the iced tea it was so weak, that I traded it for a soda. I will definitely be back.

This place earned five stars from the first spoonful of broth. Staff was eager to check on how I enjoyed the food, all of which was the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten. Both the báhn mí and phó were unbelievably delicious. As a Vegetarian, finding flavorful food can be a challenge, but Vietnam Bistro absolutely delivers in spades.

Had really high expectations because of the reviews and they really nailed it. Customer service is so good & the servers are super nice. I had the beef fresh rolls. And the “ Ca Ri Ga” it was a soup with chicken and veggies. The broth sooooooo good. Creamy, tangy and sweet. It hit the spot. Definitely want to come back and try the rest of the menu. The Vietnamese coffee was not too strong or too sweet. It was perfect!!

Relatively unknown spot next to bucee’s off I-10 near Cane Island. Have enjoyed anything we ordered, been at least five times now. Curry is great, good heat, the calamari is always delicious. Usually not crowded and food comes out quick!

Ordered the vegetarian pho. As I was pouring the broth I noticed a lot of black specs that resembled dirt. I called the restaurant and they said it was pepper. It didn’t really look like pepper so ruined the pho for me. But I did take a few bites and it was tasty.

Love this place, the C3 (Grilled Pork + Rice) is done perfectly! Super charred and flavorful. My Pho (P1) tasted very flavorful, the meat (tripe and thinly sliced eye round) were very fresh. I just wish the broth is not so rich in I’m not sure of what spices (maybe Star Anise) because it gives the broth a spicy taste like peppery. I prefer my broth to be clear and not too rich in spices. but in all, the taste is perfect, if not for the too strong spices. Maybe next time I visit, I can request a more clear broth. Oh and the restaurant is very clean and everyone was so friendly.
