I give this place 5 star. The food was good. I was craving crispy noodles but they weren’t the traditional crispy noodles I was used to! They were still good!

First time eating here. This is my new go to pho restaurant. Pho and grill was my favorite one but this place is better to me. The service was surprisingly fast, and delicious. 10/10 check this place out. I order the noodles bowl with beef, chicken and pork, my daughter got a small pho and we shared the spring rolls. Everything was delicious. I wish I tried this place sooner.

I haven’t been to another local Vietnamese restaurant that has the spirit and tenacity to prepare such a wide variety of traditional and ethic food. Although they pride themselves as a Vietnamese restaurant, I see plenty of crossovers that represent the South East Asian cooking.

The current 4.2/5 rating for this place makes no sense to me. I haven’t been to Vietnam or anything to try the most authentic food, but I’ve always felt I’ve had good standards for Vietnamese food. This place raised my bar. I’m just visiting Colorado, but when I go back to where I came from I’ll be a little sad knowing the best Vietnamese I’ve had is far away.

We ordered the roll your own spring rolls. It had pork, shrimps wrapped in meat, and a ground meat wrapped in seaweed (I think). Everything tasted good.

My family has ordered here a few times because the food is good. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered, the online system was down. When we went to pick up the order, we found it never went through (not the problem. It happens). When they did remake the order, they left off one of the entrees, though we were still charged for it (again, not really a problem, things happen). By the time we realized what had happened when we got home about 15 minutes later, the kitchen had been closed. The employee who answered the phone did not offer a refund for the entree we didn’t receive, but to comp the entree with our next order (fair). When we went back about a month later, the employee handling our order couldn’t find the order (we had a confirmation, order number, and date) and refused to comp the item we already paid for and never received. I’m pretty appalled by the customer service. We’ll be going in with a bank statement and order confirmation for a refund on the entree we never received, but we’re pretty frustrated with the staff/management and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning.

Quick service with large servings. Watch out for the garlic chili sauce on the table it was difficult to dispense and I ended up with some sauce on my clothes. Missing cilantro on pho plate otherwise a great experience with tasty food.

Most important thing: food was incredible. Portions were amazing. Soooo tasty. Just everything you need and so good. However I left sort of upset. I ordered the steak pho (one of the regularly priced pho options on the menu as I was trying to be budget conscious). I was in there with 10 people and we had been sat at two tables (one of 7 and one of 4). Another awesome detail: the food seemed to come out super fast and was not lacking in quality like I said. Anyway. They bring out our food and give us each our plates (as far as I’m concerned). We’re not told the names as they come out and they just place them in front of us. Mine is incredible. Finished it all and then had to leave early and so went up to pay at the front. I was expecting a bill no higher than $15. However, it came out to $20.45.

The beef soup base was good, but the chicken was really hard and rubbery – cannot chew. They charged me $4 for the extra chicken, in which I would never have ordered if I knew it was so inedible.

I love, love, love Pho. Viet’s Restaurant on North Academy. The location is hiding in plain site and I had overlooked this place for a couple years. The Pho is served very fresh with a healthy serving of whatever protein is ordered. Many other places seem to have a cameo protein appearance, but Viet’s gives nice portions. This is my new local favorite!
