The first time I went to Viking I was happy to see a grilled chicken sandwich. I’m sure they were surprised when I asked for every veg, hot peppers etc on it. Everything was fresh and my custom order was no problem. Service was great. I learned they made homemade soups and hand crafted burgers so the next time I ordered a burger rare. It mooed and so did I! . Finally I brought friends from Wausau who also enjoyed the dining room, surf and turf plus salad bar. This place is the supper club you keep losing. Please support it!

Great drinks, amazing food and wonderful people. Our first time here, but it came highly recommended. We had awesome Old Fashioned, a combo appetizer platter, and split their delicious seafood platter. Will definitely be back!

we had dinner there Saturday night, the blond waitress was extremely rude, tried to charge us $75 for surf and turf, even though the menu clearly stated $55. the supper club was not busy and I can see why, food was medicore at best, service was sooo slow and only 2 other tables were there, and waitress was extremely rude. and they added a service charge for a credit card purchase. we will never return there again.

First time experiencing the Viking Supper Club. We stopped for all-you-care-to-eat tacos. Tacos are pretty standard fare, you can order as many as you want. Drinks were adequate. The staff was a little short-handed but they worked to keep the food and drinks flowing. You can tell the restaurant is frequented by locals.

A supper club with one person working there and no menus. Time to shut it down I would say! Walked in and stood in the hallway until we sat ourselves at an open table. Got our own drinks. Waitress rude. Could only order tacos that were apparently all you can eat but took 45 minutes to order seconds. Order of tacos was wrong. Kids never brought milk that we ordered. I honestly can’t imagine how they can stay open. Everyone who ate the food now has diarrhea.

Ordered 2 to go Reuben sandwiches and JoJo’s tonight. Done quickly and the taste was phenomenal. The corned beef was cooked to perfection. Large sandwich and generous amount of JoJo’s. Nice supper club atmosphere. Will definitely order again. We’ve tried steaks, all you can eat tacos and fish in the past. Those dinners were delish as well. Thank you Viking Supper Club for our pleasant experiences and great food!

Service was not good…. Considering the place didn’t appear to be very busy, maybe 30-40% capacity in the dining area, we had to wait a considerable amount of time just to be seated. Then waited almost 15 minutes just to get menus. By the time they took our food order, we also placed a simple drink order at the same time, a beer and 1 mixer. Over 15 minutes to get our drinks, everyone else with us had finished eating soup and salad before our drinks made it out. I’m trying to be understanding because we did have a table of 8. Everyone else just got their own drinks at the bar instead of waiting for our server. To top it off, two tables of 4 and another table of 2, who were not even on the premises before we got there, were seated and eating their main courses long… before we got served. And I’m confident the tables that jumped us did not have reservations. We’ve been here in the past with similar service, but we have tried again every once and a while to give them another shot… No more. My food was pretty good, walleye, but not exceptional. Most others at our table didn’t have much good to say. My wife’s steak was rather tough, maybe a cheap grade of steak, and others who haddock said it was, and it looked to be, over cooked. For the prices, and considering the service, I don’t recommend. The previous owners many years ago had a fantastic business here, sad to see that it has never been the same for the 4 or 5 times we’ve tried this place since.

Our first time there and we are both very impressed!! We went for friday fish fry! This is the best haddock Ive ever had and Deb said the perch was excellent!! We will definitely be back for more!! Great food, excellent service, fair pricing and the drinks were good too. A little out of the way for us but well worth the drive.
