We came in decently close to closing on a special night and they seated us right away with great big smiles and positive attitudes. Absolutely amazing! Our server Jen was so sweet and friendly. Especially when we were looking at getting deserts we had realized it was very close to closing and thought we’d order them to go but she insisted we order them and stay and continue to chat as long as we wanted. She’s amazing and we can’t thank her enough for making our first time being here such an amazing experience!

It’s nice that there’s a “baby” size of pizza, meaning I had just the right amount of it and didn’t overeat. I topped it w onion, olive and mushroom. It has been years since I ate a canned mushroom and I’d avoid it in the future. Overall, pizza was tasty, crust not too thick. The server was kind and friendly, but the restaurant itself could use some music or something because it was deathly quiet.

Pizza dough was rubbery. Cooked too fast as it was not done or cooked all the way. Chicken wings were grey because they were not cooked at the right temperature. All of the breading fell off leaving a grey rubbery nasty wing. Would not recommend…

Order pizza from this place, delivery driver showed up with no change so she got a whole eight dollar tip the pizza was sloppy like it had flipped on the way to me. Called the store spoke to a manager that was suppose to credit my account. Never was told credit is only good for so long. Recently tried ordering a pizza and use my credit and they stated they didn’t see a credit for me. Credits expire every four months. Horrible customer services NEVER eating for here again.

Used to be our fav pizza restaurant. Recently it changed and now the pizza is terrible. Nothing like it used to be. The pizza sauce doesn’t taste good, and it’s even cooked differently. We decided to try mushrooms as a topping and they were from a jar. Yuck.

We moved to Arizona and we miss Rockford pizza!! Especially villa Di roma. We absolutely love the pizza from here and sam’s pizza above all others. The service is always excellent as well. We had to stop in while here on vacation.

An order was placed at 10:37 am for a business lunch in ( 3 pizza). The guy taking the order said it would be about an hour and it is now 12:46 and no food. I had to call back multiple times and was told that the delivery was on its way. 25 minutes later, called back and was told they could not get ahold of the driver. Someone called back and said the driver was 2-3 mins away. 20 more minutes go by and still no food. Called back again and someone says ” I just talked to you two minutes ago and its almost there”. 20 minutes……..20 minutes later our food showed up. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional and we will not be ordering from Villa Di Roma again.

It sucked for some reason they screw something up on our order. Haven’t been there for about 5 months pizza burnt sauce not the same. Meatball sub no cheese there was cheese was charged 75 cents for Marina sause after waiting 20 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. Looking back I could count about 5 cars waiting. Will do Sam’s pizza on Charles street next time. Stay away unless you like surprises with your take out first. They got 1 star only because they were a short drive. . Red necks should not own and operate an Italian restaurant. . SUCKED!!!!!
