Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

The pizza was pretty standard — not the best I’ve had but not bad at all. The calzone was very big — it was a little undercooked but I actually prefer them a little doughy so I enjoyed it. The garlic knots were fantastic — definitely my favorite part of the order. It’s worth a try if you’re at the mall.

Not the greatest pizza in the world, but there’s an interesting kick to the sauce.

I love rhe pizza at this South hills mall location. I make the trip to the mall just to get a slice of pizza. The stand is very clean & organized. The service is pretty fast & the clerks are very welcoming & courteous. No pushing you to make an order. Jan normally waits on me often telling le about everything that’s Available. One day I might try something else, but right now I’m stuck on the pizza

Hi Ian
I’ve eaten here for about a year now and I just finally got my wife to try it and she loved it. Nice fluffy crust on the pan baked supreme pizza and the employees were all very friendly.

Very consistent, delicious pizza for the past 10+ years. Love the choices of toppings on the ready-made slices for a quick lunch. Enjoy the side dish choices but please consider bringing back the pasta meal options with chicken parm and the Lasagna! The friendly staff always makes me smile.

My son who loves pizza and while overall picky, not picky about pizza, took one bite and wouldn’t eat any more. I tried it too and the dough was soggy and there was way too much cheese.

Awful experience. Besides the employee who I am assuming was acting as manager being rude to me he was also rude to a co-worker. I went to order just a drink and went into line just like everyone else. The guy yelled at the girl that was ringing me out and told her how rude it was to make the person that was behind me wait while she was giving me my drink. I was there first! His back was turned and he assumed that I jumped the line since I wasn’t getting food. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I went again a few days later to again get a drink and same guy looked at me and said to the girl behind the counter “make sure she waits in line”! seriously?! The only time I did not wait in line is when the person behind the counter told me just to go to the register because the other customers were waiting for food! Too bad I can’t give this place zero stars. That one employee ruined the whole experience. The food is a actually kind of disgusting and the customer service is even worse. I only went because it’s one of only 3 places in the food court that has Pepsi.

I’m giving it 1 star for professionalism. I’ve been trying to contact you about the huge charge to my card. Somehow I was charged $52.00 for two lunches?? It’s been 4 days including today that I’ve been calling your number and not even a voicemail can be reached and not even a voicemail— update 1/14/2020 after numerous emails no money was ever refunded!!!
