Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. I’ve never been genuinely struck by how good Mall food is but this was on a whole other level. Both a friend and I were able to eat full meals for affordable prices, and even got a side cup of noodles to split. I had never tried a Stromboli before but found it to be extremely delicious and quite fresh, unlike a lot of the mall food I usually eat. Couple the great food with an interestingly sweet Mountain Dew they had, charged with an apple syrup, and this is without a doubt one of the BEST food court locations in West Michigan, MUST VISIT IF YOU’RE AT THE MALL!

I had a coupon for a free combo meal. I was recommended to try the Mac and cheese by the extremely friendly and helpful young man working the counter. It was LIT!!. I also had a side of spaghetti with meat sauce which was equally divine. The girl who rang me up for an extra purchase was extremely friendly and was kind enough to remind me that I left my debit card in the card reader. I will be coming again go get my Italian on

Best option to eat in Grandville mall. Variety of options to choose from and we decided to have a combo, which included a slice of pizza, pop and one side (pasta). Everything was fresh and delicious at the same time. We really enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic customer service! Awesome pizza! I took my teen and a few of their friends to the mall and Villa Kitchen was more than happy to make us 2 full size pizzas in the middle of dinner rush! He had a great staff that even hand delivered our food to us in the food court! You just don’t find places like this any more! Thank for making our son’s birthday outing memorable! One of our favorite places to get great quality pizza! No one makes it like Villa!

Okay food is decent but 1 star. Mall closes at 8pm and they were out of food at 6pm? I asked if they had plans to make more and they said no. All the was left was salad and cookies and one pizza slice.

I dont usually leave bad reviews, but today is an exception.This is not a bad place to grab a quick lunch if you are at the mall, considering there are not a ton of other options and the people are friendly most of the time and the food is OK. But today I was not pleased with the gentleman working the counter who wasn’t even wearing any gloves when serving the food. That’s just basic food safety and common sense.
