I am only giving one star because I’m forced to. I found HAIR BAKED INTO my garlic roll. First that’s freaking disgusting. Second I went and showed the manager and he was a complete jerk. Never apologized just stared at me like I was doing something wrong by asking for my money back. He was very rude the entire transaction. Check your food before you eat here. And don’t expect happy customer service from the manager.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Most items seemed to be freshly made. They heat all items before packing. Many combo options. Vegetarian pizzas were available as well. Wait time was about 5 minutes but could get crowded during peak times. Plenty of seating since it is in food court.

Great pizza but terrible customer service, workers, and god awful pasta. Also they forgot to put the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Was very disatisfied after my meal and had to order more food from the Filipino joint to the right. Very expensive too.

The pizza was not good. I had to nurse it back to health after it was delivered. There pizza side by side. There’s just plan and dry. The other side was theres but with toppings that I had to put on to get my worth. If it was sit in I would have asked for my money back. But it was delivered. Uber didn’t give af so here is we are. Tip fresh slices of tomatoes will moisturize a dry pizza. I know from experience trust me.

Complete order did not arrive. Restaurant would not deliver portion of missing order. Customer service is horrible. Food was cold and noodles hard. Do not cater through this company for your business meetings… or family. Horrible

Came here for my son and ordered a kids meal for him and nothing else. My son doesn’t like soda, so we asked for water. But they don’t have water as a fountain drink, which is absolutely ridiculous. So we had to order a slice of pizza and bottled water for slightly more and no chips or cookies included. Pizza was ok, water and was. 2 dollars and service was garbage.

They will catch an attitude for asking how fresh the pizza is and try to refuse you service for asking for a fresh piece because “ we don’t keep slices longer than 3 hours “ okay so that means it could be 3 minutes or 3 hours old. They do not respect mall employees as if people come to the mall just for their pizza.
