Villa Italian Kitchen Menu – Baltimore, MD

Type : Pizza restaurant

Location : Baltimore, MD

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples. Based on 36 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 3.0 stars. Price $

Having ordered the vegetable stuffed pizza, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Taking my order, the worker didn’t speak a word to me about the wait, and was generally cold. The wait was about ten minutes.

Been coming here for as long as they have been in the mall. If you hate on this pizza and like dominoes or papa johns then you like trash pizza! Villa has awesome pizza, meatballs and pasta!

$6 for this dry, thin, greasy piece of cardboard. There is no Italian, no villa, and NO KITCHEN to be experienced here. Box greasy with burnt pep stuck to the bottom. Chuck e cheese serves better pizza and their food is TRASH. I’m mad as heck I wasted $6. So nasty from the presentation to the actual taste. I’m sad I bit into it. Don’t do this to yourself

Between this location and the former location in Harford Mall, I have eaten at Villa since I was my children’s age. The owner recognizes not only me, but now my husband every time we visit. I always order multiple pies to take home and they are picture perfect every single time. No pizza anywhere can compare.

The people who run this place are really unpleasant, they have no kindness to customers, we will not return, the Latino men who serve are not friendly and the man at the cash register who I imagine is the owner, is a person With a horrible temperament, I don’t understand, one pays for the food, one doesn’t ask for it to be given away, we only deserve good attention and kindness.

The pizza looked like it was 3 days old. The pasta was microwaved. It was obvious the pasta was for my 3 year old and 6 year old, but the guy nuked it so hot it took so long to actually cool down so it didn’t burn them. My Stromboli was cold in the middle. I was greeted by the cashier after my order with “what did ya get” and after I asked for napkins I was scolded by her stating they always put some on the tray. And so surprising they didn’t put napkins. This place sucks.

I came in today to get a meal for myself and a meal for my 5 year old daughter. She really wanted a salad so I asked if she could have a small salad with the kids meal( I’d pay extra if necessary) the person behind the counter said it wasn’t at all possible to do. I then said could I have a kids meal and a small salad he again said that wasn’t possible. I walked away shaking my head. There was either a language barrier or he was just being difficult.
